Initially I was given a Nissan Frontier as my rental, not exactly what I was looking for but it’ll get me here and there. Drove from the airport to the hotel, when my wife noticed the airbag light was blinking on and off. Also, when trying to exit the vehicle, the seatbelt release wouldn’t disengage the seatbelt, after several attempts to take the seatbelt off, it released. This was a safety hazard because in the event of an accident, I would be trapped. So we immediately called ACE and returned the truck. Josh was able to get us into a Dodge Charger at no extra cost. Thanks for handling this issue with great customer service and helping us get to our vacation quickly.Reviewed 2 Jun 2024
