Pros: Getting out of there!

Cons: We drove 40 miles to this location because we couldn’t find a seven passenger vehicle available anywhere else. Upon arrival they informed us that they had no vehicles available, and weren’t sure when they would be available. We waited for about 20 minutes before leaving and going to try our luck at the airport, because we were on a time crunch. There were two other couples in the same situation as us. All three waiting for vehicles. The staff were unhelpful and seemed frantic; not the service i was hoping for after a 40 mile drive!

Slow

Pros: They took too long to show up. I hope my money has been returned. I rented from some other agency.

Phone out of order!! :(

Pros: Cancelled reservation — was a nightmare

Cons: The rental is offsite, not at the rental counter. You are suppose to call a number for them to send a van to pick you up, but the number was out of order. That wasn’t a good sign, so we cancelled the reservation.

Poor Service Poor Value Pressure sale for extra insurance

Pros: Van was OK

Cons: It appears I was over charge from initial prepayment to Carrentals,com. I was also pressured to buy extra insurance. I will need to call AVR and have them explain final billing to me. Some of the line item charges look to be duplicate. I will not used these guys again.

Pros: The car was great to use until the very end.

Cons: Price wasn't accurate. Many fees were taken from deposit. Would've been better off with a taxi, if that were possible.

Cons: We we charged three times what we we quoted and did not receive a notice of the charges until the return of the vehicle. We were quoted $350 and charged over $900.00. We I called to inquiry about these outrageous charges, my phone calls were not returned. Plus the back seats had a strong odor of urine! Avoid these unethical people at all costs!
