I made a reservation then got turned away at the counter because I wasn’t flying to or from Charlotte. I should have been told this and not able to make a reservation. The site even asked for flight info but never said anything about it being mandatory.Reviewed 20 Aug 2026

You could have a car for me when i land in Charlotte and I was expecting the car to drive home to knoxville since my flight was cancelled. You left me stuck at 9pm at night. The service agent said we had no car even though our rental was confirmed. Unacceptable!!!!Reviewed 20 Jul 2026

They required 2 forms of photo idea (not warned ahead of time) because I booked within 24 hours. Never seen this in my life after hundreds of rentals. Everything else was sold out and i took a $200 uber instead.Reviewed 10 May 2024
