I stood at the counter for 20 minutes for them trying to find a car for me. Finally they gave me a different vehicle than I rented saying they didn’t have any. I walked out to the car the rented to me and in the parking lot was a Mazda c5 that I rented. Not sure why they don’t have a better system to know what they have available.Reviewed 16 Apr 2026

Huge lines at regular and preferred lines, with only a single cashier at each. Unfortunately I never got my rental and had to get a ride share to my appt outside the airport. Go with a smaller or local rental company!Reviewed 17 Aug 2025
