I had initially reserved a car June 14 of June 17, upon arriving they charged me an extra amount of money for the 17th when in fact I already paid the bill in full. While I was able to make a reservation online. When I left the airport to pick up the car. The person at the Enterprise desk informed me that they had no vehicles available. I reserved a 15-passenger van for travel with a large group. 2 Days before they sent an email to an old email address linked to my account, not the one linked to my Enterprise customer account. They did not try to call or send to my other account. Of course, I missed it. When I arrived, they informed me that my van was not going to be available. They said no vans were available any where within two hours of driving. I made my reservation more than a month before our trip, and two days before they trip they tried, but failed, to reach me. I am extremely dissatisfied with my reservation and will never user Enterprise or Kayak again if I can help it. What is the point of making a reservation if they can just change on you at the last minute.
