Cons:At airport, no shuttle to off site rental car place. Called 1-800 # customer service to have them get a hold of somebody at offsite Alamo for a shuttle. Customer service agent did call the offsite place and said nobody was answering left a message with my contact # for them to get a hold of me and I still, to this day, Never received a call. Pros:Location just steps from terminal when dropping off, the employee was especially great. She was apparently arriving to work, likely not clocked in since it was 540 am, but she answered my questions with a big smile and on target explainationCons:drop off location has out dated signs for recording odometer, fuel etc.Reviewed 27 Oct. 2015

Pros:The airport clerk was quick and thorough with us and signed up our extra driver with no problems. The rental car was just a short walk from the desk, about 2 minutes. The car was the correct size and very comfortable. The return process was easy. I would use them againReviewed 13 Aug. 2019

Pros:I've appreciated the personable service I've had with Alamo, as well as the selection of vehicles they've offered me.Cons:The SUV that I rented was smaller than I expected, but it turned out to work out fine. I didn't however figure out how to put the middle seat back until the trip was over...! My fault though, should've looked closer!Reviewed 26 Sep. 2017

Easy process, but didn't get car style I requestedPros:It was a very easy process -- office was in the airport, got the keys and finished the paperwork, walked outside to the Alamo lot and picked up the car. Also easy return.Cons:I requested an economy car because I wanted something small for just two of us and one bag. Also wanted good gas mileage because we would be driving around a lot. The only car left for me was a Ford Explorer. It was a very nice, well-optioned vehicle, but just too big and a bigger gas burner than my preferred economy would have been.Reviewed 29 Jun. 2017

Pros:New, clean car, easy pickup and paperwork. All Alamo employees were very pleasant.Cons:Not sure what went wrong at the end, but there was confusion about my payment and that held things up for about 10 minutes at the end when we returned the vehicle. Not a big deal but that seems to me like a central function that should not have any variability in the way it is handled.Reviewed 29 Oct. 2018
