Cons:At airport, no shuttle to off site rental car place. Called 1-800 # customer service to have them get a hold of somebody at offsite Alamo for a shuttle. Customer service agent did call the offsite place and said nobody was answering left a message with my contact # for them to get a hold of me and I still, to this day, Never received a call. It’s been 4 days.Reviewed 29 Mar 2020

Pros:The manager when we picked up the vehicle was extremely helpful. He personally got our vehicle, warmed it up as it was 16 degrees and loaded our luggage for us. He really went above to assist us.Cons:Alamo needs to correct their automated answering messages as they do not direct customers correctly. Was not able to get to a real person, messages sent you in a circle and then disconnects.Reviewed 12 Feb 2020
