Intended to book for Oakland Airport. Somehow got booked for an off airport location 20 miles away and closing 1 hr after my arrival on a Saturday. BL: after a $25 Uber, I found myself stranded in Oakland and unable to book a reservation with Budget (no vehicles available at the airport location). The lied me. The agent sold me an upgrade that I didn't want. He didn't tell me anything about the upgrade, he just said that there was an error that would be solved when I return the car. Surprise: there wasn't any error and they regret to return the money because I signed the contract (that wasn't well explained). It's a scam. Don't rent a car here or in avis.Reviewed 20 Oct. 2022
