The volume control on the stereo did not work the car was barely 3000 miles on it. Also, the trans shift in drive position came into your hand which means the lever came loose out. This is a serious safety hazard that Hertz should’ve checked.Reviewed 21 May 2023

The Hertz representative was extremely friendly, super patient and did a great job helping me change my reservations. Otherwise, the office was barebone if you care about that kind of thing, and you do have to walk a long way to get your car.Reviewed 19 Aug. 2022

When I arrived I did not have the cc that I booked the car with due to my bank sending me a new card because of a fraudulent charge. The agent refused to accept another card even though I had proof I was the person that booked the car. She offered no assistance in resolving the issue and told me my only option was to book another car at 4 times the rate I originally booked the car for. I tried to contact someone in customer service but was unable to get an actual person on the phone. In order not to be stranded I booked another car. I finally got someone from Hertz on the phone the next day and was bounced from one person to another. I was finally told that I would get a call back from someone that could help me resolve the issue. That was July 2. Today is July 9 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I do not expect that I ever will. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.Reviewed 9 Jul. 2022

Easy booking, easy drop-off, very nice/clean car, wonderful woman at exit to check you out. Horrible customer service upon pick-up at Hertz but she was the only negative part of the whole experience.Reviewed 23 Mar. 2022
