Pros: Since there were several of us it worked out to be the same price as a bus or shuttle to Squamish, with the added convenience of stopping whenever you liked to take in the sights. Conveniently located with what appears to be a well managed drop off system.

Beautiful car, but expensive

Pros: The car I had was brand new so it ran really smoothly and was very clean. It was a pleasure to drive it.

Cons: It seems crazy that with Uber, Modo, Car2Go and Evo that traditional hire cars can be so rigid in their hire terms and so expensive!

An ok exprience but I have had way much better

Pros: It fits what I booked

Cons: Personnel was kind of not friendly .. more on the rude side I didn't receive electronically my bill, thus I am planning to call to make sure all is ok. Plus my bank shows that the 350 deposit is still there,, not impressed to be honest.

Great experience

Pros: Customer service was excellent, the car was a Chevy Sonic which I'd never driven before - I loved it. Pick up and drop off process was easy and fast.

Better than expected

Pros: Reviews read on other sites were very critical. I went ahead and booked anyway and it was super easy. Clean car, friendly staff, and super easy. Would do again!

Cons: There's a charge (17%) if you landed at the airport within 24 hrs. I should've said it was more than 24 hrs because they didn't check anyway.

Nice car, easy pick up, cost was a surprise

Pros: Everything about this went smoothly except for the final cost.

Cons: That my bill was proposed to be $49 per day, and it was $63 in the end because of additional costs. That's a big difference. It would be nice to know about all the add-on fees ahead of time.

Great location for pickup in the city

Pros: Great location, good prices. Employees were very helpful and kind.

Cons: Chevy Cruz is not a great car to drive, I should have asked for something different. I paid for the Garmin GPS and it was very slow to bring up searches. It was helpful while driving on the road but clunky and not very intuitive on searches...it took us to a market when we searched for fuel.

Hidden / Surprise Fees

Pros: Car and service were ok overall

Cons: A surprise $50 fee for dropping off at the airport vs. Downtown. This was not disclosed at time of rental and tripled the cost of my rental. It feels like bait and switch. Other websites do disclose all fees.
