i will never book anything via kayak again and i will tell everyone i know the same thing — i was unable to cancel this reservation after my flight was delayed getting us into ABQ after the Dollar location closed. i had to make ANOTHER car rental booking and then I HAD TO PAY FOR BOTH RESERVATIONS. you have forever lost a customer network.Reviewed 6 Apr. 2023

First, Dollar gave me a compact instead of the standard that I reserved. Second, this is the terms Kayak sent me: Monday, October 4 12:00 pm Volkswagen Jetta Pick-up - Dollar 3400 University Boulevard Southeast, Albuquerque INFO Car booked on Priceline.com Forward any changes to trips@kayak.com Saturday, October 16 12:00 pm Drop-off - Dollar 4775 South University Center Drive, Las Vegas University Ave in Albuquerque is at the airport. University Ave in Las Vegas is 3 miles from the airport. I returned the car to Las Vegas Airport which was not at University Ave so they charged me double !! since I returned it to the airport instead of University Ave - 3 miles away. Given the reservation data, there was no way I could, or should, have figured out University Ave in Las Vegas was NOT at the airport. Basically they charged me $1000 extra for not returning the car 3 miles from the airport. Finally, when I returned the car to the airport in Las Vegas, the attended REFUSED to give me a paper receipt (it was to be emailed to me) so I could not respond to the double charge.Reviewed 18 Oct. 2021
