Worst experience ever. Shuttled to rentL center, then another shuttle way off airport, dumpy building. Had a reservation and were told no cars available for 2-3 hours. The days before our trip were riddled with bad weather in FLL and I understand this could hamper rental business, but send me a text or email to let me know that you have no cars, so we don't waste our time. The pickup point was unclear. Had to ask around to find out where to go. The friendly pickup driver was excellent. He handled our heavy luggage and gave us instructions on where to go and what to do. The staff were all courteous and though there was a line of people ahead of us, it moved along well. The vehicle was a low mileage SUV in great condition.
