After a rude conversation/argument, I left and never ended up getting the car because they didn’t understand insurance coverage and didn’t care to try to learn or understand! Very patronizing! I felt like things might have been a little different if I wasn’t a female!Reviewed 18 May 2023

staff unfriendly, long wait. The person who drove my rental before me reported tire leaking air. Staff only topped off the tire. A day later the leak reappeared and I discovered a screw in the unrepairable area of rear driver side tire. as a result I had to replace the tire at my cost as there was no record of the flat tire made. Lesson for me not to trust the words of staff but verify myself. Note: I dropped the car off at a Fort Myers location. Staff was friendly and filed the claim on my behalf. I am pissed off!!! I had to pay you upfront for a non-refundable car rental, which I’ve never done in 22 years of traveling !! The rent a car place closed because our flight was delayed. We even called them. They promised as they would stay open and they did not so you are getting the worst review possible because I am very dissatisfied that I was taking advantage of!! It took us 2 hours to pick up the rental car. It was like we didn't have a reservation, charged a $500 deposit, toll pass cost $12 per day at one week was over $100., and they tax tolls, what! They tried to charge us full coverage insurance even though we showed them our Credit card statement and our policy. Had to bring up my insurance policy on my phone for proof at the last minute. We felt like we paid more than saved from all the added charges and taxes. Half of the people trying to rent walked out without a car at all. Plus, they are hard to find at the airport, the shuttle takes you 20 minutes away from the airport. You stranded if you don't fork over the money. Not Great.Reviewed 15 Apr. 2023

Check-in process was supposed to be simpler by filling out the necessary forms online ahead of time and submitting images of the drivers license and insurance cards, which I did. However I still had to provide those at check-in which slowed down the process a bit. Also, the vehicle was not cleaned satisfactorily prior to receiving it.Reviewed 27 Mar. 2023
