It might be a good idea to let renters know that you cannot rent a car if you are from Indiana. It totally messed up my business trip. You have to fly into the airport and be from another state to rent from them. They even called me the day before from my phone in Indiana and didn't mention it until I got there. There was fine print that required a round trip flight in order to rent from the provider they offered to us. We were not flying and were not notified until less then 24hrs prior to us getting the car so it had to be cancelled. There were no other vehicles available once cancelled.Reviewed 17 Mar. 2022

Shady company that did not uphold their agreement to rent a car to me because I was not flying from the airport where they are located. I had reserved a rental online and secured it with credit card. When I arrived to pick up my car, they informed me that I wasn't getting a car. Shady, shady, shady. Walked to the counter next to them and Enterprise Car Rental got my money. My rental was 177$ and they charged me over 490. They explained that there was some 250$ added in case something happened. It took a long time to rent the car and they needed my car policy number, etc that was a first for me for all rental cars. I tried to reach them to get the correct amount charged. on the location they said they were working on it and 4 days later, my credit card charged me the wrong amount, so they have done nothing to correct it even after two emails to them. Please stay clear from this company, very shady and untrustworthy. I don't even know why they are still in business. They tried to sell me an upgrade for the only car they had- I had a compact but the only car they had was a van. they tried to make me pay for the upgrade... and eventually said" you were patient so we are going to give you an upgrade....
