Pros:All went well -- pickup / drop-off were painless, car ran very well mechanically (tires were way over-pressured), and was an excellent value for the money.Cons:Only minor complaints: on cleanliness (some stains on the rear seat and on the rear window deck that looked like toothpaste), and had to go back to get a prior damage descriptide sheet to document same and other previous small cosmetic damages.Reviewed 13 Mar. 2017

Car was not rentablePros:I like that I safely made it to my destination.Cons:Half way thru my drive I heard a noise drivers side front. When I arrived i noticed that there was broken plastic pieces behind the tire. The rental tech said that the previous renter must have popped a tire and hastily put on a new one. Nice car, easy pick-up drop-off, bad phone customePros:The car was almost brand new and a good value.Cons:I tried to call Hertz customer service after we had the car a few days. I wanted to change the drop off airport to a different one about a hundred miles away. Nobody I spoke to was able to help me: I was shuttled from one rep to another about 8 times. Ultimately, I was unable to change the reservation and had to drop off the car at the original location.Reviewed 8 Mar. 2017
