Customer service was very bad. As soon as they found out I am a local renter and not a traveler their attitude changed and made me feel uncomfortable even though I had all the documents they needed. I don’t understand why?

Pros:

The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. His helpfulness is the reason for the good rating. The car was also great but he is what left an impression.

Cons:

One of the employees had their personal belongings in the car being rented to me, which is both odd and made me feel uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Luckily the nice gentleman who helped me understood my concern and cleaned the car for me.

They just closing down the location i pick for pick up without any notification. Lucky i still can get the bus to go to las vegas. They ruin my holiday. I’ll never use avis again!!!
