Staff was friendly, professional and service was very efficient. This was my favorite HERTZ location to have ever gone to. I’ll choose this location every time if I can. I appreciated the selection and prices too.Cons:

Cons:
These reservations are a scam. They don’t have any trucks or cars. Call before you show up because in our case they didn’t have anything for us, or the other people who were waiting. There was a 10 person waiting list for cars that weren’t even there. Total bonanza.2.0 Poor

Pros:
It was absolutely awful. We ubered up to Los Angeles to pick up the car and they were sold out of cars for 2 days. It ruined our trip. It was TERRIBLE. We were stranded with all of our luggage and no ride. We had to Uber to Palm Springs which was 5x the cost and had to cancel the portion of our trip going south bc of the cost of Uber’s.Cons:
Don’t sell cars if you don’t have them to sell!!! These are real people making reservations... look further than just getting money.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Last minute. Your car rental call me , no minivan 7 seats For your reservations... dec 26 -2019 to 1-3-2020. I did no have this problem like this with any agency ... The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. His helpfulness is the reason for the good rating. The car was also great but he is what left an impression.Cons:
One of the employees had their personal belongings in the car being rented to me, which is both odd and made me feel uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Luckily the nice gentleman who helped me understood my concern and cleaned the car for me.10.0 Wonderful
