The car was fueled at 2/3 of the way. I tried to call customer service they could not help me because they only make reservations. I could only email them, which I did but I never got a reply.Reviewed 5 Feb. 2023

The site allowed me to book a pink time that the branch was closed. When I found about it, I canceled my reservation and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I cannot believe I had to pay for their mistake. Very disappointed.Reviewed 23 Dec. 2022

SIXT car rental company has a hidden restriction on which states one is allowed to travel to. If you travel to states outside of their list, the car is reported stolen and automatically shuts down.Reviewed 7 Sep. 2022

Staff at counter were friendly. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at customer service if there is an issue with something. They do not have a working phone number so only way to get ahold of them is to email the company. It's been over a week and after multiple emails still have not been answered.Reviewed 23 Aug. 2022

When I arrived at the counter they told me they couldn’t do the one way rental I had booked. They even said they didn’t even have an office at the booked drop off location (MSP). After trying 5 other agencies we went back as I had canceled my family’s flights after securing the booking and I had no way to get to my destination. Then they acquiesced and let us have the booking at a higher price. Turns out they do have a full scale office at MSP. If you don’t want to provide the service don’t allow a third party to book it.
