The only sort of tricky thing was the distance and number of turns to get to sixt. It's probably better than a shuttlebus. At ORD, you go down to baggage claim, up to ground transport, down to the tram, ride to the rental car stop (2 or 3 stops), down to the floor, outside, up to sixt. Totally understandable and doable, there are signs all along the way. Outside of that, everything was great. SIXT car rental company has a hidden restriction on which states one is allowed to travel to. If you travel to states outside of their list, the car is reported stolen and automatically shuts down.Reviewed 7 Sep 2022

Staff at counter were friendly. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at customer service if there is an issue with something. When I arrived at the counter they told me they couldn’t do the one way rental I had booked. They even said they didn’t even have an office at the booked drop off location (MSP). After trying 5 other agencies we went back as I had canceled my family’s flights after securing the booking and I had no way to get to my destination. Then they acquiesced and let us have the booking at a higher price. Turns out they do have a full scale office at MSP. If you don’t want to provide the service don’t allow a third party to book it.
