The car had a lot of damage, and when we dropped it off we were blamed for damage that was already on the car. Luckily I had taken pictures before I drove off the lot as well as I took screen shots of the damage from the app. I had to send in the pictures of the damage and the screenshot of the already reported damage so we weren’t charged for it.Reviewed 8 Jul. 2023

I made my reservation same day because of last minute changes in my travel plans. When I arrived at the counter they told me they only had luxury cars available and could not rent to me unless I paid $112 extra per day. They explained that they couldn’t honor same day reservations. … which just left me wondering why they accepted them. Did not have the type of car I booked (even though I booked WELL in advance). Instead gave me small 2-door, saying that I would have to sit at airport and wait until they had car that I had booked ready. Do employees get incentivized to downgrade customers to smaller/cheaper cars? There was no discount offered even though they could not meet the terms of my booking. They tried to upsell me on insurance when I had already purchased an Allianz policy at booking. Rental was shockingly expensive for 3 days. Blech.Reviewed 25 Mar. 2023
