Alamo had National run the counter. National's customer service was terrible. Separately, Kayak further should notify customers they must have a credit card NOT a debit card to rent a car if returning to a location that is not the pickup location. This negatively impacted my experience with KAYAK such that I cannot trust their services when critical details get skipped.Reviewed 27 Dec 2024
