Bumped from my connected flight, we arrived earlier than scheduled and I was bumped 4.5 hours later. There was no reason, they said my time I wouldn’t have connected in time. I had 41 minutes. None of Westjet customer service in airport could figure out why me and my 5 year old were bumped from flight we booked. We had 10 minutes to get to next gate after we got off the plane, one lady mentioned that’s not enough time to get to next gate. I was there in 3 minutes. Was originally suppose to fly out at 6:50 pm And was re scheduled to 11:45pm.

The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm. The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. Flight delayed missed connecting flight crew not very helpful very frustrating customer service

Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying

Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.

WestJet ran out of dinner meals on a transatlantic flight. Crappy to have a bun and a bit of lettuce for food on a long and not inexpensive flight. Flight staff did not look for options to resolve.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

A fat person could not use the table tray in economy - very tight spacing.

person sitting behind me on flight to Calgary was vaping
