Cons: "- My flight was from Montreal to Seattle with a connection in Calgary but the agent at the check in in Montreal was unable to confirm whether my luggage would be transferred directly to Seattle or if I had to collect it in Calgary and check in again. The crew should know or be able to verify the information in their database or somewhere at the departure not only when I arrive in Calgary! It adds a stress to the customer not knowing. - Flight of 4.30 hours and no free meals. - Impossible to use my hear phones in the plane so I couldn't hear the TV channels. I was also expecting movies and series like in Delta."

Noisy and then the gate is at the end of the old part of the Calgary airport. Having to board and get off the plane in rainy weather. How bush for both airports. Air Canada please come back to Abbotsford.!!!!Everything"

It’s a no frills airline, professional and gets the job done well.
Nothing at all. The flight attendants couldn’t care less about the passengers. Overheard 2 complaint about being “too tired to bother or care about anything”. Complaining about working 2 jobs and was even too tired to care about returning a lost pair of glasses that they just threw away. Never flying this crappy airline again.
Really nice flight barring a one hour delay, which was already informed. Staff at abbottsford check in counter was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Robin.
Lack of staff Airplane (even with upgraded seats) was not comfortable Boarding took extremely long, no system in place Inconsistent messaging on reason for delay
I sat near a man who continually took his mask off. He was told to put it on 3 different times. He would say “ oh sorry” then remove it as soon as they walked away. By the end of the flight they had given up and they all walked by him “maskless” and didn’t say anything. He coughed and sneezed throughout the flight
All is well
Price was good. Boarding was terrible. Perhaps it was on the airport authority. No food and no entertainment, as expected. No tunnel for boarding and getting off (inconvenient)
Cons: "We ran into a hiccup at the airport and my wife left her purse in the bathroom near security. Since the gate was over 1km away we ended up arriving 5 minutes before departure time but the gates were closed and they would not let us on.Gate staff were very unhelpful, and the next day the manager at Halifax was very rude about returning our checked luggage. We will fly with WJ/AC from now on."

Cons: "Apparently it wasn’t that cheap of a flight after all. We had to pay for our luggage instead of a carry on. And the plane was empty not full with passengers. That to us was a ripoff. Don’t Deceive passengers to fly cheap with you when you’ll make them pay you for carry on when it’s not needed."
