Cons: "Online check in does not work, ever. Late boarding all 4 flights inconvenient access to boarding pass. Was required to stand in line for 30 minutes to get boarding pass for connection instead of getting boarding pass when I left. Also, no kiosk to get it myself. Just about missed my connection do to these delays. No one is in a hurry at this airline"

Cons: "There was a delay in getting us boarded. My main complaint is the length in the baggage reclaim. It should not have taken as long as it did. I gave low rating for entertainment because there wasn’t any, again it was a short flight. I did not have any of the onboard food."
Cons: "The flight was booked through Jetfly and I tried to change the date. I ended up losing the entire ticket. No flight, no money. I talked to Jetfly at least 8 times and they kept confusing things, delaying things, and were not very helpful which caused me to miss any available flights."

Cons: "We reserved specific seats by calling Aer Lingus directly 4 months prior to our trip. When we arrived in Dublin from Paris, we were told by a very uncaring Aer Lingus representative that those seats were not available and were assigned seats that split up our family. He acted as if he could care less. The food was average. I have never flown internationally and had to pay for alcohol. Seat space is never great in economy, but this was one of the worst. Luggage for our entire family was lost for 36 hours."

Very poor user interface on British Air's web site. Difficulty checking in on line. Unable to request vegetarian meal. Not the kind of service I have come to expect from British Air."

What was supposed to be a 2hr layover to shop and the like was spent almost entirely going through US pre-authorization meanwhile my friend on another airline I'm a definitely over spent all of five minutes and then was able to enjoy her layover city. I will probably never do is stop over in Dublin. I did not like riding Aer Lingus. I did not like the food. The staff was also abrupt"
Pros: "I've traveled Aer Lingua several times and been pleased enough to keep choosing AL for my transatlantic trips, however this, the on February 4th 2017 was my last favorite because this time i felt the low-budgetness of travel. there was less leg room, the food was edible, the in-flight A/V was not worth the effort of trying to watch our listen and the crew in my section not very attentive. Having said that, this was a one time mediocre experience that I'm reviewing and hasn't put me off AL at all - it's a good airline and I will continue flying with them."

So I buy new tickets and lose the money on the old tickets. That is terrible customer service and makes other airlines more attractive."
