Pros: "Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

I traveled Lufthansa many times in the past when they had Portland-Frankfurt direct flights. The service and food was superior on those flights compared to what I experienced on this recent flight. Food was terrible. Drink service came by once with no follow up. (would have like a second glass of wine). Entertainment selections were boring. (too much Tom Cruise!) Headphones did not work at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I question if I'd fly Lufthansa again.
Never happened. We are still in Frankfort 3 days now with 2 children and no food or money. Flights canceled and delayed 10 times and counting.
Please see other message. One flight was cancelled and neither Lufthansa or Air cañada would book me on another flight as they did not have me in their computer(with the numbers you assisted me with) HELP
Meals in buissnes class was cold , breakfast regular, crew excellent

Pros: "Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good."

Cons: "The airlines are pushing people to upgrade with those ever shrinking seats. I had a slightly above average size gentleman seated next to me and the seat was so tight he had to totally take over the shared arm rest and our shoulders were rubbing most of the time. That's not a way to spend 9+ hours"

Cons: "The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak."

Cons: "Delayed flight, my seat was bumped from an aisle to a window seat although I checked in online and secured the Seat 24hrs prior to departure. The excuse I was given by staff is that the person sitting next to me is a “big” person so it’s for my benefit. Well the row I had planned to sit in had two people with an empty seat in between. And they were not “big” as was said. my seat I was moved to had sick children behind my seat whom were coughing and kicking the back of my seat and the row was completely full. An aweful experience and to top it off, the planes entertainment program was broken so we were provided with no entertainment, video or audio."

I was told by a customer rep on the phone a few days before ny flight that I didn't need eTA to transit, but I needed it! I had to obtain it at the airport counter on the day of my flight.. I was very close to miss my flight.... Due to the delay, many customers missed connection flights, but there was no clear guidance to where to take care of the matter... I was ery disappointed.."

Cons: "Constant flight delays. We were left on the runway for two hours before taking off due to an issue with the laboratory. The plane was overpacked, not allowing much personal space even in the aisle seat. People were sleeping on the floor and some in the aisles, creating a tripping hazard to those wanting to stand and stretch or walk to the restrooms. Those who attempted to sleep in their seat found that the seats were very uncomfortable and had very little to no leg room. When it came time to land at our destination, we ended up having to circle the airport for an additional 35 mins waiting for the terminal to free up. It was a very long 10hr flight that even the nice selection of movies to choose from couldn't help. Terrible flight experience, Canadian Air has really gone down hill."

Cons: "Planes got messed up which caused groups to get separated. Plane went from a two aisle plane to a single aisle. They had some sort of excuse but I am sure it was primarily to save money since the flight was not full. In flight entertainment kept restarting and the head jack hardly worked. Flight was delayed over an hour due to the plane switch. Also, to top it off they had one attendant that was dutied out so we had to wait longer for another flight attendant. This should have already been figured out before. I have flown Air Canada a lot and this was just not like them. Quite disappointed."

Pros: "Beautiful Planes , the rouge line is cheap on their international flights but only first class gets free entertainment . I was first class but my friend was economy and luckily had her own iPad or would not have been able to use anything , that being said the movies for her were still not free . The food was good as well and their regular planes from Europe are very large and beautiful"
Cons: "Worst experiences I've had with customer service . The flight crew were fine but all ground service appeared overwhelmed and unable to assist customers . I had a flight to Athens that was in final boarding my friend still has not arrived the first person I asked said she didn't have time to look if she was still on the flight , the second told me it was private info and finally a 3rd let me know she had been rerouted and would arrive 8 hours after me in Athens and that her bag though made my flight . She did last minute make it via running to our plane but in that time they had given her seat away, she had to prove that she paid did and deserved a flight . The way home from Athens all of my aid Canada flights were delayed and late . I had a 3.5 hour layover in Seattle to switch carriers to make it home , my flight out of Vancouver was 2.5 hours delayed that they continually said was only another 10 minutes , versus being upfront that it was severely delayed . Long story worst experience I've had ."
