C$ 812 Find cheap flights from Africa to Halifax

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. The only thing I would complain about is the misleading claim of free messaging, which you do not get access to without preparation prior to the flight.

Although check in crew at the counter was helpful, gate agents were not forthcoming with delays and eventual need for overnight stay at Toronto. No voucher was issued for the delay and promised that Toronto crew will take care of us with vouchers for hotel stay, food and transportation to md from the airport. Toronto gate agents pointed to customer service who flatly refused. I will never fly Air Canada again

Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we finally got to Montreal at 9PM, instead of Houston where we were supposed to be. Several flights we could of got on and fixed our situation were nixed as they wouldn’t put us on a plane w/o our bags, but when they finally canceled our original plan they easily located and relabeled our bags. No one seemed to care.

Same problem with the entertainment controls being on top of the armrests than on the previous flight, also a Boeing 737 series.

They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!

The flight was just okay. The food options were not that great. Some healthier foods would be nice.

2 weeks before the flight we have got a pilot strike notice. Luckily it didn’t happen but we had to buy a travel insurance. It was wasted.

No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.

Both fights were delayed. Food could be better comparing to other international flights

The entertainment , bad movies and not too much to select.
