Overall great experience, flight was good and crew was focused on safety and comfort
Amazing crew, delicious food and drink selection. 12hr felt more like a 4hrs. Comfortable beds. Can’t wait for the new business class cabin
Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience
Agents helping disable person doesnt know connections to Poland and after 9 agents helping and 2hours ,we made it to proper terminal. Polish Dreamliner its Polish nightmare liner with so narrow seats and no room under front seat for bag and feet,in economy class.To upgrade, to higher standart cost an arm and leg ,even there are empty seats No good experience overall
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.
Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!
Lot still has not refunded me after they cancelled my flight to India!! Kayak had been awful at getting me this refund too. Will NEVER be using kayak or LOT again.
The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.
They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet
I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.
Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.
My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.
I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.
They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace
Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
