Cons: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Understandable when the plane was actually experiencing turbulence but most of the time it was a smooth flight. Know there are regulations concerning this but I feel she could have been a bit nicer in her tone. Thankfully there was an empty seat just outside the toilet so that I could sit but anyone who arrived after me was told to return to their seat. When nature calls, sometimes it's impossible to walk very far."

Then, after standing through their requisite customer service line with only one open desk for two full flights, we were told to sprint through customs. We arrived, breathless to find the connection was delayed. We were told that they don't post the delayed connections for fear that passengers won't run or that U.S. customs will close. Uncommunicative and untruthful, their service is atrocious."

Pros: "Wel,l my flight out of SFO was delayed by an hour and ~20 minutes, which was the length of my layover in Toronto. The pilot was able to make up some time in the air, but I still had to go through customs, security, and then run through most of the Toronto airport with only 25 minutes (before my flight left, probably even less because they close the doors before take off). I was off the plane at 7:30. My flight to Charlottetown was on-time, leaving at 7:55. The nicest male flight attendant on the plane moved me to a seat right before first class and put my carry-on in the closet at the front so I could be of the first off the plane! I ran through the airport, customs, security and all. I got to the gate at 7:41. The lady at the gate saw me running from far off and asked if I was Michelle. She was so happy that I had made it and let me catch me breath before I boarded. The delay on the first flight was very unfortunate and stress-inducing, but all the Air Canada people I interacted with along the way were very wonderful."

The selection of entertainment (movies/tv shows) was exceptionally limited and out of date. Their way of boarding the plane (via zone) is very backwards as families with children weren't asked to board until half way through the plane loading (unless those families had already paid for the more expensive zone upgrades). Most airlines let them load first to give them extra time. My checked bag was 1.2kg over the limit so I had to open the bag and switch 1.2kg of clothing into my carry on in front of the rest of those checking in. What an embarrassment and such foolery. All in all Westjet does a better job for trips across Canada. Will not be trying Air Canada again."

The Toronto airport decided to board two flights to Frankfurt by two different airlines directly next to each other at about the same time, leading to lots of confusion. My frustration was increased by the fact that the airline managed to forget my luggage at transfer, while my travel companions was "just" delayed. during flight while the service was good, the quality of food was very low. The frustration was even further increased , the through the delay of the plane and the luggage problems our rental car reservation was expired as they only hold cars for 1 hour after scheduled reservation. The later not the fault of the airline, but i will certainly consider other airlines and rental car companies in my future Travel consideration unless the return trip experience changes my mind."

Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."

Cons: "This is an international flight from San Francisco to Manila. Because United has a policy of "meals for purchase" on domestic flights, the Sfo-Hnl and Hnl-Guam legs did not serve meals. Only the Guam-Mnl portion had dinner. The planes on each leg were cramped and old. Seats were old. No in-flight entertainment unless you rented a tablet. The fare cost around $720 which was not really a bargain since other international airlines like China Airlines and Ana were offering fares in the same ballpark fare. I made a mistake booking this flight and by the time I realized it, it was too late. I will never fly UA on international flights if there are other options. Asian airlines have newer planes with more legroom; customer service is better;and in flight entertainment and food offered. I intend to post a blog on travel sites "buyer beware.""

Pros: "Extra space so I could stretch my legs"

Pros: "The crew was amazing!"
Cons: "Food was good, temperatures appropriate for hot and cold. Fresh fruit or vegetables would be nice rather than processed."

Cons: "Plane left without me. My record indicated 9am departure, but at 845 when I landed (late). The attendant confirmed that I had missed the plane."

Cons: "That your airline commit to schedules."

Cons: "Was really a great experience from start to finish."

Pros: "The captain was able to make up much of the lost time spent boarding."
Cons: "The crew were 20 minutes late getting to the plane. The seats were also uncomfortable. Thankfully, it was only a 50 minute flight."

Pros: "Seats were fairly comfortable with decent leg room."
Cons: "My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it."

Cons: "1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves."

Pros: "Pleasant staff. Comfortable plane. Second leg from Brussels to Frankfurt was great."
Cons: "Check in at Manchester was a joke. No signage for Brussels Airlines to start with and no one to help. Long queue, over 1½ hours to drop a bag after checking in on line. Every other airline was way faster. Thankfully, security was relatively quick."

Cons: "I had problems checking in online and never could assign seats.. had to wait to check in at the booth and got random seats so my husband and I got seperated seats.."

Cons: "I was due to fly from London to Entebbe via Brussels. Sixteen hours after boarding the flight, I am still in Brussels. We try to complete the assignment another day. My criticism was the overoptimism of the captain how quickly things would happen and on arrival in Brussels the total unpreparedness of the ground staff to cope with half a plane load of people with connections having missed those connections."

Pros: "While the flight left late, the service on board was good as was the comfort provided. Staff friendly. I actually was pleasantly surprised overall given a long past experience on the old SABENA."
Cons: "None, overall a decent transatlantic flight without any problems."

Pros: "The flight attendants on the trip from Brussels to NY were more friendlier than the flight attendants on the NY to Brussels leg of the trip."
Cons: "The sandwich that was served on the Brussels to NY leg of the trip was not great at all. The seats were hard on my behind."

Cons: "I travel often with Brussels Airlines and often run out of movies I want to watch during my trips. Air France has a selection of movies that is 2-3 times the number of movies offered by Brussels."

Pros: "Great moives and enteratinment system. Comfy seat. attentive staff on board. Also minimal annoucements, which i love because i don't like to be disturbed in my sleep to hear about the weather."
Cons: "Was stuck on plane for 3 hours before they had to cancel it due to computer issues. Missed connenction flight ( 27 hour delay for connecting flight) with them as well as a result, had to stay 2 extra nights (in great accommodation they provided, at least) had minimal information about what to do in the morning (almost missed the bus to the airport because they only had a little sign noting it) Overall they took care of us from the delays, but I still missed a day and a half of work because of it."

Cons: "Flight delayed and waited over an hour at baagage claim .no one to speak to or help. Worker at baggage claim sitting on phone ."

Cons: "Very dirty plane, limited space poor customer service. Took pictures of stained trays, seats. Very gross."

Cons: "Brussels Airlines was obviously throwing around the luggage as my hard shell suitcase was cracked irreparably when it arrived at the carousel."

Pros: "Flight crew was great, service was excellent."

Cons: "Didn't get to find out gate number until 30 minutes before flight took off! Not good, too much stress and running.too"

Cons: "The plane was changed and I was given a new seat on the last row without a window. When I complained I was told to move to a middle seat somewhere. In terms of service SN is like a low cost carrier. None."

Pros: "The seats were great, we were seated in an exit row, so loads of legroom, we are tall so this is very important. Crew was very friendly and helpful."
Cons: "No fault of the airlines, but I was seated next to a very large family with little kids and a baby. I'm usually pretty tolerant, but the back of my seat was kicked for 8 hours and the kids kept running right in front of me causing me to constantly move my legs. Ugh. Food was ok, nothing special, it edible."

Cons: "There was not enough space for our luggage so we had to carry it for the whole flight, the crew didn't even care and there were extremely rude and not nice when we asked where could we leave our luggage, they said no. The flight was delayed for 90 minutes. TERRIBLE airline"

Cons: "I tried for numerous days before the flight to buy a piece of baggage online and I kept getting tossed back and forth between Expedia and Brussels Airlines. In the end, I wasn't able to purchase it ahead of time and we had to pay $49 at the airport. I feel entitled to a reimbursement of the difference between the booking online price of $15 and the $49 I paid."

Cons: "The aircraft was filthy, very dirty, especially the toilet and the sitting area. Terrible food. Very hot, AC did not work well. Outdated movies and TV series."

Cons: "Awful boarding process, one person alone for all the passengers with another 3 around doing nothing, which caused the departure to take place more than an hour late"

Pros: "I hated that I had to do my own check in, the flight check in and the luggage dropping. I was unsure as id I had done it correctly, and even after the staff revised my luggage drop reciept, the luggae was not delivred appropriately. The flight was delayed, which made me have to o rush all over LHR, where I pretended to have breakfast."
Cons: "Unpolite and stressed, rushy staff on board. On top of that, all the running throgh costumes and pretty much the whole LHR airport, and what I hated the most was my luggage arriving 12hrs late."

Cons: "EXCELLENT SERVICE"
