I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

Plane was ancient, poor seating, layover time for flight to Raleigh was insanely short and total disaster, plane arrived in Vancouver late, luggage did not arrive in Raleigh with Raleigh flight. I lost cell phone in customs because of rushing to catch next flight.

this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.

3rd time in a row on an international flight a massive delay. Third time in a row on an international flight that Air Canada rebooks the missed flight for the next day, third time in a row I have to start a fight with Air Canada to get the money back they should pay me back for the inability of this airline to fly on time and do the decent thing

The long delay was the worst part of the flight.

We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.
