My flight was canceled And I am still waiting for a ticket to get back home. Really poor customer service.
The headrest was adjustable. There was meals and drinks at appropriate times and they tasted great. Blanket and pillow were provided.

I had a back pain. Boarding started with the First Class and Business Class first. It took an additional 20 minutes for Economy class to start boarding. The line was very, very long and interfered with other travelers in the airport terminal. "boarding area to Frankfurt was cramped" When we arrived in Denver, only five Custom Agents were on duty to process our arrival passports, although there are 14 control stations at Denver. It appeared as though the Custom Agents were not aware of the arrival of the Lufthansa 747 nor the one that followed. All other Custom in Europe were much more efficient and move people through quickly. What a bad first impress made by the USA Customs people."

Short flight from Houston to DFW. And apparently no InFlight entertainment nor working charging outlet either. Oh well, not too bad as it’s a short trip.
What could improve is the way the crew treats us/passengers; also information should be offered more freely to us if there are significant delays especially when the delays negatively affect our connecting flights and plans at our final destinations.

We had 5 people in our group, including 3 children under the age of 10. Instead of taking off on time or just a couple minutes late (and oh by the way, the flight to SMF was scheduled to land early because of favorable winds) the flight left the gate early while we were sprinting from gate C31 to A17, missing the door closing by minutes and stranding our party for a three hour wait for an aircraft that went to SFO instead (75 miles away from Sacramento). As the coup de gras, our luggage didn't make it on the plane to SFO so now it's sitting in Sacramento awaiting delivery. I know there were a lot of upset people with the weather delays yesterday, but a bit of foresight or accommodation by American or a particularly savvy gate agent could have prevented the 5 of us from being among them."

A new boarding pass was printed for the next flight and she assured me that my checked luggage would accompany me from Toronto to Calgary. They also printed a boarding pass for my next flight to Lethbridge. On arrival in Calgary flight personnel ask all patrons to remain seated to allow those of us who had a connecting flight to depart first. I certainly appreciated this kind suggestion and it allowed me more time to reach my next departure gate."

AS A RESULT when we got to Calgary we had to wait at the over size luggage racks for our carry ons to be delivered instead of them being set up for us as we left the aircraft which is normal!! Very frustrating!!"

Montgomery, M.D. phone: 713.599.1144 on June 9th and was treated for uncontrolled Blood Pressure. I was advised to reschedule my flight after a follow-up appointment on June 23rd. On June 10th I Called United to reschedule my June 11th flight and was referred to Lowestfare.com at 800.678.0998. I spoke to Albert and explained my situation and was told that I couldn't reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Jane who only confirmed that I couldn't reschedule and nothing could be done. Not allowing customers with verifiable medical excuses to reschedule their flight is a shameful business practice."

Also, a United staff person told us we didn't need to touch our bags in calgary en route tonour final Saskatoon destination, which was wrong."

Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."
