KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline
Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .
From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.
Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.
I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.
4 hour delay leaving Paris. Didn’t get to board through jetway. All of the passengers had to take busses from the terminal to the aircraft. Once we got to Calgary, we had a very long layover that was shortened significantly by the big delay leaving Paris ( when I originally booked the flights, the layover in Calgary was 3 hours, a month before the trip, WestJet changed the second flight which increased the layover to 8 hours!). The flight from Calgary to Nanaimo (ya, the one that they already bumped back by 5 hours) left over an hour late. So, instead of arriving home in Nanaimo at 2 pm, we arrived at 1am. It totally sucked.
The flight attendants were amazing. But we checked in online and just needed to check our bags. The line was so long that it took over an hour to do this. There was only one person checking people in.
The agent denied our cat from boarding just because the carrier has to be slightly shorter to go under the seat. It is a soft sided carrier and WestJet had mentioned that soft sided carriers can be squished to go under the seat. So we had to transport the cat via road to YYC. In Yyc the connection flight terminal supervisor of WestJet was surprised about the edmonton agent decision as she said the size of bag should be 11in indeed so that cat can move freely even if the bag has to be slightly adjusted to go under the seat. Avoid WestJet - they are a dying organization with incompetent staff!!!... No guarantee the flight is maintained since the crew went on strike. Very unsafe and unpredictable business, a cancerous corn in the hands of Canadian business !!
I understand that delays may be inevitable; however, the airline did absolutely nothing to reassure us during our flight. There were no apologies for the delay and business resumed as usual. A little compassion should have been garnered for our almost 4 hpur delay.
Smooth process, on time. Everything ran perfectly. It would be nice to have in flight entertainment and better food choices but these were short flights so not a big deal
Absolutely brutal. When we checked in we were not even guaranteed a seat. Then had to join the queue on "standby" for a seat. Worst journey out of hundreds I have done and Westjet....never again. No food, no drinks, tight seats, slow boarding and even slower unloading.
Our flight was canceled the morning of and we were given no alternatives, poor communication, and it cost us $2900 more plus five days to get to our destination.
Bad flight cancellations no notice until 11:00 pm could not call no response from them would not call back chat was not working had too book another flight ask for my money back so far only 97:00 of the 430:00 is pending in my account not sure what too do next
WestJet is the worst. Will never fly with them again.

Do not book a flight thru Toronto Pearson to the US with less than 2 hrs between connecting flights. With 90 minutes (which I had) if your first plane is 25-30 minutes late by the time you debark, walk to go through security again, go through US customs and find your new gate with at least 15 minutes before your departure. If you stop to go the the bathroom you will be lucky to catch your flight, in my case I wasn’t lucky. The airline should not offer flights that do not allow you time to get to your second plane, bad customer service!

Hard to criticize after the Crowd Strike dilemma. However, when Air Canada says they were "not affected," I expect that is true. My flight delays caused me to miss transportation connections. I understand these things happen, but I don't have to "like it."
My flight was delayed in Calgary and I missed my connecting flight to Cincinnati. I was rebooked on a flight the following day. I did not receive a food or lodging voucher.
I paid premium economy and I found out there is no premium economy in Europe, so why they charged me premium if that service doesn't exist???
It's unacceptable to receive your bags after 5 days, and having to call multiple times to get delivery.
Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.
I called to put a stop to this ticket because it was fraudulent. Nobody stopped it. Then they sent me to Mastercard to fight it alone. Thanks (Sarc) to everyone who helped facilitate fraud and would not dare attempt to stop it.
What a bad service not nice staff The luggages was lost (hopefully not stolen) when talked to person at Calgary airport he said Ahhhhh don’t worry it happen all the times I have been told Air Canada is not a good airline now am sure it is very bad
We were held in customs while someone was checking on all.passengers on flight. We were released with very little time to get to our gate! Very frustrating!
Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties
Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.
Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.
Horrible. The plane didn't land on time. Again left delayed 1 hr. Then landed in different city Poznan. No one there was from Luthansa. We were dropped off like animals. No food, no instructions. After 2 hrs we got a bus! 1 bus for all the people from the plane. 4 hrs back to warsaw. Arrived at 11pm at the airport in Warsaw. Again No one from Luthansa. I had to sit spend a night at the airport to get a bus to my final destination in Poland. Shame on Luthansa!!! Will never fly in my life! Paying $1400 for the ticket with 2 delayed flights, nothing offered for inconvenience!!! Bad bad
