My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .

From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.
Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.
I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.
Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip
The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.
The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.
Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.
Old plane, hard seats, 1.30 hours delay, while seating on the plane waiting for departure.
Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.
4 hour delay leaving Paris. Didn’t get to board through jetway. All of the passengers had to take busses from the terminal to the aircraft. Once we got to Calgary, we had a very long layover that was shortened significantly by the big delay leaving Paris ( when I originally booked the flights, the layover in Calgary was 3 hours, a month before the trip, WestJet changed the second flight which increased the layover to 8 hours!). The flight from Calgary to Nanaimo (ya, the one that they already bumped back by 5 hours) left over an hour late. So, instead of arriving home in Nanaimo at 2 pm, we arrived at 1am. It totally sucked.
The flight attendants were amazing. But we checked in online and just needed to check our bags. The line was so long that it took over an hour to do this. There was only one person checking people in.
The agent denied our cat from boarding just because the carrier has to be slightly shorter to go under the seat. It is a soft sided carrier and WestJet had mentioned that soft sided carriers can be squished to go under the seat. So we had to transport the cat via road to YYC. In Yyc the connection flight terminal supervisor of WestJet was surprised about the edmonton agent decision as she said the size of bag should be 11in indeed so that cat can move freely even if the bag has to be slightly adjusted to go under the seat. Avoid WestJet - they are a dying organization with incompetent staff!!!... No guarantee the flight is maintained since the crew went on strike. Very unsafe and unpredictable business, a cancerous corn in the hands of Canadian business !!
I understand that delays may be inevitable; however, the airline did absolutely nothing to reassure us during our flight. There were no apologies for the delay and business resumed as usual. A little compassion should have been garnered for our almost 4 hpur delay.
Smooth process, on time. Everything ran perfectly. It would be nice to have in flight entertainment and better food choices but these were short flights so not a big deal
Absolutely brutal. When we checked in we were not even guaranteed a seat. Then had to join the queue on "standby" for a seat. Worst journey out of hundreds I have done and Westjet....never again. No food, no drinks, tight seats, slow boarding and even slower unloading.
Our flight was canceled the morning of and we were given no alternatives, poor communication, and it cost us $2900 more plus five days to get to our destination.
Bad flight cancellations no notice until 11:00 pm could not call no response from them would not call back chat was not working had too book another flight ask for my money back so far only 97:00 of the 430:00 is pending in my account not sure what too do next
WestJet is the worst. Will never fly with them again.
Flight got cancelled. I had to spend many hours on phone to have it rescheduled at my convenience
Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.
I called to put a stop to this ticket because it was fraudulent. Nobody stopped it. Then they sent me to Mastercard to fight it alone. Thanks (Sarc) to everyone who helped facilitate fraud and would not dare attempt to stop it.
What a bad service not nice staff The luggages was lost (hopefully not stolen) when talked to person at Calgary airport he said Ahhhhh don’t worry it happen all the times I have been told Air Canada is not a good airline now am sure it is very bad
The staff was great, the help we received with son's wheelchair was just outstanding, both in Toronto and Rome. However, having seats which were chosen and paid for three months in advance switched the day before is a terrible thing for Air Canada. I was repeatedly told it was due to an equipment change, but I looked up the two versions of plane on this route, and the version we flew back from Rome was the one with the most Economy seats, - NO REASON TO CHANGE OUR SEATS ASSIGNMENTS. I don't like being lied to when I'm being screwed, if I did I'd look for a prostitute.
From Rome to Canada great from Canada to the US horrible.
We were held in customs while someone was checking on all.passengers on flight. We were released with very little time to get to our gate! Very frustrating!
Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.
Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available
Easy booking process and great follow up notifications. Need to improve boarding process and flight crew should be more personable and friendly with passengers.
Main chicken dish was okay but the beef snack was not. Restrooms in the back were clean and uncrowded in spite of the full plane, although our friend in the section forward did not find them the same there. Delayed one hour on tarmac before we could leave Rome.
Cancelled and left stranded with two babies. They couldn’t rebook and I have no way to get home. 100 phone calls later the calls kept getting dropped. When I asked to cancel and rebook elsewhere they couldn’t promise me any type of refund even though they canceled the flight without alternative options
Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties
The airplane, although a very new model, does not offer a standard outlet plug, so when my computer battery died after 2 hours, that was it. It seems bizarre that they would offer only USB outlets.

Always delayed, always. luckily our next flight was delayed or we would have missed it. Cabin crew were great and informative, ready to help.
The main issue was every single flight and connection was delayed. That made for a very stressful run through Frankfurt airport both ways. Other than that it was much better than other cheap flights, but basic. The cabin staff were great.
Flight was late about 30 minutes. After our overseas flight problems, there was no one at the Munich Airport to explain what was happening. Flight itself was uneventful with water and cookies handed out.
The crew was amazing! Despite the delay in Frankfurt and a somewhat chaotic and stressful boarding process, the crew was cheerful, helpful, professional and kind, particularly to a woman next to me traveling with a small child. Please share my appreciation. In addition, the food was excellent and especially appreciated the civilized use of ceramic dishes and real silverware.
Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
