C$ 499 Find Cheap Flights from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Canada – Compare and Save

Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.

The crew and flight were amazing . However , my bag’s locker got broken and no refund provided . Everything else was amazing except this bad incident that ruined my experience

It was was okay but the seat was stiff and hard to sit on it!!

Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.

Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.

bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.

Flight was delayed by a hour could have been better addressed. Flight was fine with great service by the flight attendants

Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!

Lot still has not refunded me after they cancelled my flight to India!! Kayak had been awful at getting me this refund too. Will NEVER be using kayak or LOT again.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us

Overpriced. Exploitative price gouging. Appreciated getting bumped up to a seat with more leg room though.

Announcements were unintelligible. Entertainment system was non-existent. Ground crew kept changing story for flight delay.

All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.

Over all good except the food was not good at all

Plane was late. Too many announcements during the flight. Made me pay that deposit. Uncomfortable seats.

It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.

Flight delay due to staff shortage. No snack or drinks served. Toilets had water collecting on the floor.

After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. We tried for hours to get a reasonable replacement flight, but it was the next day before we could even schedule another flight days later. We had to cancel our anniversary trip because we could not get to Iceland on time to keep our reservations. We won’t be flying Air Canada again as they just don’t have the infrastructure to deal with cancellations.

Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.
