Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.

Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!

Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.

I wish they gave the earphones earlier rather than when we are already in flight.

Pearson Airport could not properly handle all the passengers who they needed to process in order to properly get them on board. As a result, I missed the departure of my flight from Toronto. The only saving grace is that Air Canada found a flight that only delayed me by one hour. However, this was no thanks to Pearson Airport!

Boarding was slow and our flight took off late. We paid extra for better seats, which were still too small and too close together. The food was horrible. Pasty and tasteless ( odd because the food from Toronto to Spain had been okay.) Disembarking was slow. Multiple exits should be used to disembark. The process takes too long.

Almost everything it was a “cool” ambiance but we arrived to Toronto so that it’s ok for me

The crew was really nice. The plane seats were kinda small even for a 5’6” / 158 lbs person.

All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good

It was good. Short flight and the crew were well organized. I find the seats a little close together. I am tall so more leg room would always be welcome.

The seats were uncomfortable and barely reclined at all. Very little leg room despite being business class. The crew was friendly and the food was good. Had to use my own phone for in-flight entertainment.

Very uncomfortable planes , poor service on the plane , take your own water so you don’t dehydrate , in a 6 hs flight they sold one time food and beverage . 1 plane was delayed 6 hs , I lost a connecting flight . Then in the way back they announce a delay of 2 hs so I had to take a different flight to arrive on time for my connecting flight . Avoid this airline .

Not what it used to be. The sale of food makes them look greedy!

It was horrible. My experience with Avianca. I didn’t know it was Pakistan international Airlines but anyway, whatever it is it is bad horrible you guys need to upgrade everything in those planes. And you guys charge $130 for a carry-on did they wanna let me in with my carry-on that I travel everywhere with the luggage you guys are such a dog thank you

why did we have to go through security mid flight

The incoming plane was late and no information was shared. They even announced we would board in 10 muntes 40 minutes prior to the plane arriving, and the website said until takeoff that we had taken off an hour earlier

The chicken that was served in business class was cold!

Late departure. When the flight arrived in Medellin the plane sat at the gate for 20 minutes waiting for a bus for us to get off the plane.

I receive a service for what I pay, so it is fair.

i think the flight was late because they were so strict about measuring everyone's personal items to try and charge them $119. It was really petty and made us late.
