The heater on the plane were to high
Friendly, efficient crew, good entertainment system and content.
Food was pretty mediocre. I'd prefer to pay a few dollars extra for a better meal.

I missed my from Tijuana to Guadalajara and I called kayak to let them know I still needed the flight from Guadalajara to Tijuana. I asked them not to cancel it and hey said no problem. Well that wasn’t the case my flight got canceled and I had to pay 250 dollar store to get back to Tijuana. If I’m not reimbersed by kayak I wil never use your services again and neither will my family which consists of 11 sibling of mine and more. I expect you guys to make it right. Contact me right away please.
Good movies and some snacks.
They told me last minute I needed to go to another gate for a passport check and a new ticket. They shouldn't have waited until the very last minute.
I really enjoyed the just a little bit larger seats, extra leg room, and the ability to watch a movie on a screen that wasn't my iphone 6 screen.
It would be nice to have gluten-free snack options on the flight, since I have to be gluten-free.
The gentleman at the gate was super helpful and helped us check our bags at the gate.
Zero leg room. Zero arm room. The entertainment system did not function. No food for such a long flight unless you pay more then the food is actually worth.
We left late, it was delayed then maintenance issues. Twice. Seating was very tight and uncomfortable, no movies or entertainment at all. U.S. flights are the worst. Even on short flights with aeromexico outside the U.S. you get movies and food. Zero stars for comfort, food and entertainment.
Flight crew was good, we arrived early on flight out and back! Feel like seats are tinier than ever, maybe it was just me. Food (water & pretzels) were OK, but nothing special (then again it was a short flight, so I didn't expect anything). Plane was small so we needed to gate check bags and the gate attendant came around and tagged everyone's bag for us, well before boarding which was hugely efficient - kudos to her on that!
Gate attendant's mic was broken (or she didn't know how to use) so she had to yell into the boarding area.
Flight actually left Orlando early once all passengers were on board
When I had to change my wife's ticket due to an emergency, we were charged over $415.00. That is unfair.
Got there with minimal delays
Inattentive staff, broken tray table, seats not cleaned between flight ( covered in food crumbs), small seats
