Seats are hard and uncomfortable. Very small drink tray and lights are not adjustable.
The plane was clean and we left on time with no delays or issues. The flight crew were very nice and there was also enough overhead space for everyone’s bags.
The lines are excessively long to check a bag, there was only 1 of 4 check in kiosks working, which created it’s own line. Also the carry on bag fee at the airport was incredibly steep.

My overhead light didn’t work. My seat mates tv didn’t work. We were in 13 A & C

Service was amazing!
The heat was way high on the plane, and the air vents were not blowing enough cool air!! Also the carry on bag issue is out of hand, every JetBlue flight we were on was asking for volunteers to check their bags and people are really taking advantage of the situation of bring over size bags and way too much! I know it’s a lower budget airline but come on it is ridiculous.
