DO NOT book with Kayak or a third party travel agent like Underpricers. You will regret it.
The seats are small and the movie selection was disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the cabin crew was attentive and kind.
The customer service rep on chat refused carrying golf set at no charge that is customary for LOT and others. I wanted yo carry just ONE club not even full set! Web check in was nightmare. Most horrible lounge at warsaw. To call it business class is a BIG exaggeration. Rude staff warsaw to nyc. Seats uncomfortable and not flat as is now customary. Bad content and entertainment system.

Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.
They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.
Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!
The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.
Hospitality and service of the staff were excellent. Food was good. The seat was not as comfortable as the other Airlines that I have experience with.
Just overall a poor experience with little to justify the price of the ticket!
Booked economy. Seat felt like it was a bit more roomy than my last trans Atlantic flights. I had a nice person sitting next to me. Everything was as good as it could be considering you are 35,000 feet up in the air and in a metal container. Beers, wine, food were all readily available. Plenty of movies and shows to watch. Friendly flight staff
My layover in Vienna was supposed to be 35 minutes but because my flight was canceled I had to wait in the airport for an additional 8 hours.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection

It becomes like Wizz air, no good, bad comfort and you should pay for 20kg bag.
Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.
Flight attendants were awful, very rude and inconsiderate for mothers with small infants traveling.

Loved the food. No wheelchair was provided in Sofia even though wheelchair assistance was confirmed by Turkish Airlines

The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.
Overall it was a pretty good experience until I arrived in Accra and my suitcase was left in turkey.

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.
My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.
Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!
There should be a visible sign of Air Canada, because I walked all around and I didn't notice where was the desk, I was in a rush for the time because it was very difficult for me to find the D gate.
Older interior meant less luggage storage space. Service was good. I was in business class. I receive better service from other carriers

Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us
Overpriced. Exploitative price gouging. Appreciated getting bumped up to a seat with more leg room though.
The longer flight on our leg back to the US was fine. Boarding was great, we had to stay on the runway for a bit after boarding… they kept it cool uncomfortable.
In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.
The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.
Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
