Everything was good except for the seating arrangements. We could not get seats to be seated together with my wife. We’re unfortunately.

My first time in business class The in flt staff was outstanding in every aspect of service, the food was amazing, the business seat space made the 11 hour journey easy peazy

It was good, but always can be better. The airplane was old.

I always travel on Turkish Airlines but seriously I am I am considering to change because this is not the first time that the flight attendant are rude and they dont help. I asked for cold water with ice 5 times and I got water with no ice and this is not the first time to ask for something and you dont get it. Also I noticed this behavior only towards people who are not turkish.

My flight was diverted to a different airport, not my intended destination. My initial flight was scheduled to Chicago Airport, but they changed it to Washington with just under 8 hours before my departure. As a result, I had to pay an additional $700 to book a new flight to my final destination. I tried contacting Kayak, but they were unable to assist me, even after purchasing travel insurance.

Didn't like the Boeing 787-9 Business Class. I had requested seats A & B for me and my husband, they changed to A & D, separated by the aisle. For the 12 hours duration of the flight we couldn't even see each other! Same for the return flight, a passenger was kind and switched seats, we ended up sitting in the middle 2 seats, still an issue to communicate with a barrier in the middle..

Most of my flights were late; limited notification by Airline representatives, poor entertainment system. Dirty cabins.

Liked the presentation and the seats. Did not care for the crew, they were efficient but not friendly and did not check if we needed anything

The flight attendants were great! The seating for business class is better on other airlines. The food was also good!
