As always, it’s a pleasure to travel with KLM. It is one of my favorite airlines.

Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.

Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable

As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure

Impatient gate crew-I have a cane and without assistance I got there in time, but couldn't find my passport to board. It was tucked away. Once I got it out it was not fun for me to follow a fast walking, impatient woman,. She grabbed my carryon and didn't even take the time to lower the hand. she just held it aloft with the handle sticking up. The plane was on time - even early. There was no need to rush. The rest of the crew was great.

Gate agent was unhelpful for handicapped boarding. Flight attendant seemed untrained.

No service flight that took 5 hrs and a stop at an unscheduled airport. Crew and pilots did their jobs

My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.

Every flight was delayed except the last one. One layover turned into two. Travel time extended by three hours. No compensation offered. Repeatedly asked if I'd like to cancel my flight for a partial refund.

The flight was operated by Latam. The aircraft had a technical issue and the flight was delayed for the next day. They grounded other passengers to get their airplane assigned to my flight. Most of he ground staff don't speak English (Orlando Airport), but were very polite.The crew on the other hand could speak English and Portuguese. On board service was good.

Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.

Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.

Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.

Check in was chaotic with only one counter for business class and first class. The luggage conveyor belt at JFK airport was broken so the flight departure was delayed which made the flight stressful as I had a tight connection. Staff were not attentive, wifi did not work, cut my head in the bathroom due to the position of the soap on the sink, had blood running down my face, told staff, they had no expression no sympathy, didn't even say "sorry", they said "oh we will have a look at that" about 10 mins later the purser brought me a bandaid, still no sorry.... My food prefer was confirmed by email 2x and still the crew claim they had no pre-order. I taken ill while in India so I needed to avoid Indian sauces and spices, so the problem with the preorder was unacceptable. Additionally, is there a new rule to automatically not to disturb passengers? I would like this as an option. Lastly, for breakfast I needed to avoid Indian and I’m allergic to eggs.. therefore the only option was pancakes and guess what was not available!!!

Everything was great, the infotainment system was glitching but this was not a big deal.

It was a good experience - too many times checking at the airport - every time had to remove shoes , belt , laptop etc. that was a bit of exaggerated. The seat had a sharp metal plate -- which torn into my jeans.

The TV wasn't working No music for the whole flight from JFK to LOS It was too burring.

I will fly this going forward especially for ORD to EBB and the reverse.

Delay not posted, only departure time listed- not boarding time. We left an hour late and arrived 45 min late. Restrooms had backed up sinks and toilets not flushed ) passenger error). Lots of screen for entertainment didn’t work. But we arrived with our luggage

Check in took over an hour because printer was not working. Attendant did not know how to give free layover Addis Ababa hotel vouchers or update frequent flyer number. After repeated attempts, got voucher emailed. However hotel wanted printed voucher hence more delay. Bus time from hotel back to airport was printed 4:50 hours, but hotel reception called at 3 pm saying bus will leave at 4 pm. Then hotel reception called again saying 4:15 pm. We rushed at 4:15 pm and bus was not ready until 4:40 pm. Many audio outlets were not working in planes.

The crew was not helping us in the airports ..Very bad experience..the washrooms are not meeting the expectations..need more good service... The hotel service was good but there is a very long wait time which wasted time to go through..

The Boeing 737 MAX on this route, flown in the middle of the night, is an UTTER FAILURE for business travellers. The whole point of business travel is to arrive alert and recover from travel quickly, and this little aeroplane with its quarter recline uncomfortable business seats does nothing for that. It’s a small step up from economy in that you have decent legroom, but that’s it. Absolute margin at the cost of the traveller.

Service and food was amazing. Aircraft configuration is weird - stare at a stranger at take off and landing, during flight someone is crawling over your seat. It was lame.

Poor service, antiquated plane with 2-3-2. B-class config upstairs. Tight and not comfortable—not what I expected for paying B-class! AND my bag didn’t make the transfer, bag will be delivered the day after it lands!

My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.

Business class lounge for my gate was closed and no email was sent, causing me to walk back and forth to different gates, etc for over 20 minutes one way. Los Angeles to London. 25th of April 2026. Business class. I was flying backwards with a complete stranger snoring next to me. In Business class. Males and females, strangers lying next to each other. Seats were backwards. I paid for comfort. I got dizziness and stress.

I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.

Good flight, no turbulence. I felt safe and comfortable which is really important when I am just a passenger.

The map feature on the display at the seat had challenges. The biggest issue was the flight had no WIFI. Most of the smaller planes now have free WIFI. American Airlines on the flight over had WIFI you could purchase. With 8-10 hours on a single flight, the ability to do work via WIFI is essential!!

A shout-out to the flight attendent, Lauren, who was the main person assisting me. She was amazing - perfect balance of bright, cheerful, engaging, yet formal
