At my original departure Istanbul I was told my seat and flight was cancelled from the 3rd party. I had no seat to get to my other flights .. they charged me $481 USD to board the flight that I already paid for
All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
From the check-in, to the flight, and arriving, everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, when I received my baggage it was severely damaged. I have a hard shelled suitcase and it was completely smashed it. I’m not sure how this could happened but I am extremely disappointed that my belongings were damaged beyond repair and continued use.
Really nice, all good, nice crew and all on time
Unfortunately I had an awful boarding experience. Our first flight with Aeromexico was fine and landed on time however it couldn’t find a gate and we were late which made us lose our connecting flight with Aeromexico. The staff handled it horribly when we explained our situation and would not led us board when we missed the boarding time by a couple minutes. The staff were extremely rude and did not attempt to even help us. Because of this incident, my husband and I missed a full day of work which negatively impacted our salary which we need. Please compensate us for the work that we missed.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.
Aeroméxico cancelled my ticket without advice AND It make a last minute mess in my intinerary, no solving my situation, bad advice and bad customer service
The ground staff were not as friendly and nice to the passengers as the air crew. Flight attendants, cockpit crew were great and very nice to everyone on board.
My flight was delayed, then I got transferred to a new flight that was also delayed- which wasn’t Aeromexico’s fault, it was because of weather conditions. Most of the crew was very nice and patient, except for one or two flight attendants who were rude. The entertainment wasn’t on, so all the screens were off.

The big challenge here was that the inbound flight was delayed, THEN, the aircraft was deemed in need of service, so we had to deplane after being a few minutes away from departure, THEN we had to switch terminals, where another plane in our gate had maintenance issues so we had to change gates again. I am a regular flyer (not on American) so I understand these things happen. The crew was great. The pilot in particular was gracious and understanding and stayed with the passengers the whole time to answer questions and give updates - that was impressive. But the flight was massively delayed as a result, and today I really wanted to be home in time. Sigh The flight was otherwise great.
No ground air conditioner for the plane. Very hot and humid prior to take off which was an uncomfortable period of time.
Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.
It was delayed 5 hours due weather and your app should be rebuilt or disabled. I could not change my original flight on delta so I did it through the delta app. Then rebooked on American once delta cancelled all flights from LGA to PIT on 8/27. American Airlines was fine once the flight took off 5 hours later. I wish my company would find a better provider than kayak.
Worst experience ever, extremely disorganized airline with super rude crew for first class passengers. I have submitted feedback to AA customer care online that this was my worst experience traveling in over 30 years
My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.
Flight was delayed because of mechanical. Could not get landing space which caused me to miss my connection. Messy and not organized.
Old plane. Nowhere as compared to non US airlines like JAL.
Nothing with the flight. It was good. Crew as very helpful especially fist class flight attendant.
