The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

I love the free wifi and headrest screens. I would consider Delta even more because of this but the seats aren't so great. The snacks aren't very good in my opinion. I bought a Bloody Mary and that was great! So just be comfortable with better snacks and the airline world will be yours.

Crew was great. Friendly, calm, interesting, happy to be there. That makes a huge difference. Plane was very quiet. Also quite empty so I had three seats to sleep across

Horrible. Flight ORD to CGH was okay, but Paris was a nightmare. Old planes, delays, involuntary downgrades, broken planes, terrible communication. CGH to CPT was my worst flight ever.

Two flights,both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

The food has never improved. It will never improve. But when I'm boarding a flight in priority boarding and I've spent 10 hours inside the security area of the airport and I get "randomly" selected for additional screening as I board the plane when the flight has already been delayed, and I work as a military contractor that has been issued visas direct from JMOD, I find it ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to use AA on international flights. JAL is a better airline with older planes. The flight attendants on international hauls on American also have a chip on their shoulder and really dont deliver the same level of service code share partners do.

Entertainment was okay not because anything was wrong but it is a short flight so having no wifi is annoying but understandable. Crew was outstanding as usual

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! I don’t think the flight attendants are happy. They do not seem to be friendly or welcoming.

The flight got canceled due to mechanical issues, and he to be rebooked and missed my appointments for that day

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

Cut off carry ons, had to check, got on and there was plenty of bin space. Disappointing.

Great flight. Boarding was efficient and quick. On time departure and smooth flight. Flight arrived early at destination. Good experience.

I grand parents didn’t receive any special treatment they are seniors even i ask for wheelchair
