Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food
Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.

When I tried to enter my identity details, your app told me information was missing but did not highlight the missing data. This was frustrating. Also, there was an unexplained delay of about 2 hours in taking off. This was also frustrating. Otherwise the experience was good.
Boarding the plane from 2 entries at the the same time front and back was ridiculous. I boarded from the back for row 7 and others boarded from the front for row 15, for example. We met mid-plane and had to squeeze past each other. Ridiculous
The flight was cancelled. the staff did not know how to arrange overnight, food and transportation accommodations required by law, causing long lines lasting several hours. the rebooked flight was then delayed 5 times from 9am to 4:45pm
The AB 330 was unbelievable comfortable. The 2/4/2 seating was great. Everything about this trip was wonderful except .....for the chili which looked like cat food!
The entertainment was exception as were the accommodations. The food was inedible. They ran out of food by the time they got to me and I was only offered a mushroom pasta which I do not eat. The crew had his luggage over my compartment and open/closed it every 10 min preventing me from resting. Overall, a very bad experience.
Our flight from NY was on time. The leg room was torture.. for a long flight.. It was extremely uncomfortable.
The tickets were economical but the catch was the exorbitant baggage fees. So sketchy!

Very uncomfortable flight: unhappy crew, wifi not working, touchscreen not working, food terrible (‘warm turkey and egg sandwich’ was squashed to an unappetizing mass about 1 cm thick) and the low-quality earphones that AC normally provides free of charge were now being sold for $3.95. I’d like to say I won’t fly with Air Canada again, but their flights are normally better so I’ll likely chance it again.
They charge 5 dollars for plastic headphones for a flight of 1 hour! Seats are awful. Service is terrible.
