one crew said "he" didn't serve double alcohol drinks for travelers in exit rows. crew on prior flight did. Is this a AA rule, and the prior crew was being nice? Also, I think we deserve more than a 25% refund for losing first class seats when rescheduling a flight due to weather

Enough space,crew was helpful,food was good.The gates are way far especially for travelers with health issues

The seat cushions were very worn so they were extremely uncomfortable.

The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?

Good food & refreshment. The seats and entrainment screens are modern compared to others. The staff though pleasant serve and attend to passengers based on nationality. Some get served first others last regardless of their seating positions.

Better service. No food options, but we did get drinks and a cookie.

Not comparable to Qatar Airways services on flights to Doha. Flight attendants provided basic services; I was never recognized by name or as an Executive Platinum member. Restrooms were not kept clean during the flight.

We were told the flight was delayed 5 times, then it was moved to the next day.

The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available

Good service, friendly staff. Food was average for airlines and the seats were small.
