We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

Cons: "The security check at the gate requires one to leave the comfort of the lounge early incase of queues and then wait in an over crowded lounge with the other passengers (so the fact you are business/first or have one world status does little to ease the burden of boarding. The lounge also did not offer red eye passengers a meal and the on board meal service is slow (so if you are hungry it eats into precious sleeping time). The breakfast wakeup was also disappointing. My meal of choice was not available and the whole process was rushed like a fast food restaurant. Overall I am disappointed by the club world offering on this route and would not pay for it again unless intended to get on and just sleep for the entire journey."

The entire crew was congregated in the middle part and when they finally made their way back to the cabin for trash I asked the flight attendant if I could please get a beverage as I was skipped. He said yes let me gather this trash and ill be back. He never returned. Then everyone was served their meals and I then was also skipped. Flight crew congregated again in the middle and my sister and I had to wave our hands up in the air to grab anyone's attention so I could get my meal. At that point they were out of the vegetarian option and I got a small oh we didn't mean to skip you comment. Pretty disappointed with this flight."

They did finally give us a hotel for just one night and that was only after we kept reminding them that this was all their fault."

The smell coming out from the it was so disgusting even before th first person went in, they should do something to improve the cleaness in the restroom between flights. It would probably take them 30 more minutes to do so, and I would not mind waiting for it even if this was my final flight after 15+ hours."

This is something we do every flight we take with no issue, but despite the gate agent confirming that the items would meet us on the jetway, when we landed, we were informed that we would need to pick them up in baggage claim. This meant that instead of having our infant sleeping in his car seat as we spent an hour + going through customs, we had to carry a crying baby around the entire time. In addition to the fact that we asked the gate agent told us the wrong thing, instead of being handled with care, the stroller and car seat were sent down the baggage claim carousel with all of the other bags, getting banged up. This was incredibly frustrating and a terrible customer service experience."

After taxiing, the pilot informed us of withheld information, that ATC would delay our departure for ~40 minutes, but we could STILL try to make it up in the air. This was a bold faced lie. It was finally  9:52pm before we even took off from SFO. While idling, the cabin started to reek of jet fuel, and people started coughing and sneezing. Upon landing at LAX at 10:46pm, we were told that there was no gate for us, and that we would have to wait for an amount of time that kept changing every time there was an announcement. The toxic jet fumes started to permeate the cabin again, and people started coughing and sneezing in response. Ultimately it is 11:21pm by the time we reached our gate. At this point, the jetway was broken/failed to open, but despite this, the air conditioning was switched off and pax crowd the aisles without direction. Finally we managed to escape at 11:31pm."

Cons: "Never should have been on this later flight which also took off late. And I don't even know where my luggage will end up. I should get an apology and cash for my troubles."

Cons: "Due to what had happened in Alicante and having to purchase a new ticket for Rosario IBERIA told us they could not issue a boarding pass due to the fact that the flight from Madrid to JFK was on American Airlines. Once we arrived in Madrid it was very nerve wrecking because we had to go to several places in and explain everything and we needed to do a lot of running in order to make it to our flight on time, all this with two small children and people that were so unwilling to help"

Pros: "The selection of movies from VCE to PHL was awesome and so were the attendants. Great flight and staff!"

Pros: "Each person having their own screen for movies and Tv is great! Food good/ too much but spaced apart very well...overall excellent service"
Cons: "Being pulled aside prior to boarding because we did I not have a sticker on our passports... otherwise boarding was excellent!"

Cons: "The plane was very outdated and the food was poor. Flight attendants were very rude."

Cons: "Boarding agent was unpleasant. Crew was incompetent. Asked for Woodford Reserve. She gave us Jack Daniels. Asked for Gingerale. She Made an inappropriate comment as to why she was depleted of Gingerale. She offered it to us only after we pointed it out to her on her cart. Man in seat next to me did not get served a drink at all. Did not offer headphones. No wifi for 3/4 of trip."

Cons: "Had 2 plane tickets to Puerto Rico for my mom funeral But all the sudden my dad passed away one week before the date Iso a have to change the date They did charge me $200 and the other ticket was for my friend was my support he couldn't go cause he's job So I call and they said yes that they gonna help me with the refund all I need is a dead certificate so I send it the papers by email Now they telling me that they can't gave me the refund All my brothers and sisters didn't have no problem with South west air line and other airlines they understood the problem And they did everything without problems Worst service ever Not flying with them ever again"

Pros: "Ease of checking in by agent. Courteous and friendly staff. On time departure"

Pros: "Not a good experience so nothing"
Cons: "AA failed to allow me to check in at initial arrival in Grande Prairie airport so I had to rush to get a boarding pass in Calgary where the AA agent told me it was not an AA problem and sent me back to WestJet. WestJet discovered that it was an AA problem and returned me to the AA counter where it was resolved. Then I had to rush to catch the flight and missed any opportunity to have a decent lunch between flights. Then there was no food offered on the AA flight to Dallas."

Pros: "The flight was on time and comfortable"
Cons: "That I paid for luggage when most people waited until they were told while boarding so they checked the baggage for free even though it was obviously too large. Maybe it should be checked closer when checking in before going through security."

Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "I would like to be able to let the passenger next to me to close the shade. He slept , the sun was not in his face ."

Pros: "We arrived safely. Flights were on time and the staff were professional and friendly even though they had to deal with awful passengers. In flight entertainment worked well."
Cons: "The boarding process is stressful. The monitors at the gate do not indicate which groups have been called and are allowed to board, so everyone just crowds up at the gate, you can't hear what's being announced and it's messy. It would be so helpful and efficient it was clearly displayed which groups have been called to board. I don't know why all airlines don't implement this. We were also made to check our carry on at the gate and when we got on the plane there was enough space in the overhead, which was a bit annoying."

Pros: "The staff was so nice and helped me find my way around."
Cons: "Food prices a bit high when compared to buying the same thing outside the airport."

Pros: "Stewardesses tried to make up for disastrous management mistakes. One customer service rep was helpful when Kiosk refused to give me boarding pass or seat assignment or pay for baggage check--ALL USING MY AMERICAN AIRLINES ADVANTAGE MASTERCARD!"
Cons: "Change of airports from EWR-Oak to JFK/SFO after I had printed boarding passes. Got call from AA but when I picked up, no one was on the line. Equipment prob, they said. I think it was two half full planes and they screwed the EWR passengers. Manhattan was in gridlock because of UN session. I discovered change when I arrived to check luggage curbside at EWR. 3 hours of stop and go traffic to get there. See other box re kiosk problems. Boarding pass didn't have my TSA FTN so had to go back. Could not check luggage curbside. Got seat in last row when I noticed boarding pass had no seat assignment. They lost my luggage at SFO. There's more, but..."

Pros: "No internet on long light!!!!"

Pros: "Good entertainment choices, boarding in both the front and rear of the plane was great - it's common sense to board both when available or to at least board the rear of the plane first."
Cons: "No food"

Cons: "Cancelled, had to stay in Dallas until next day"
