Cons: "I did not take the flight. The airline changed the scheduled flight. I reached out to JustFly who booked the flight and they said they would rebook a new flight for me but I have yet to receive any notice that my flight was changed."
Cons: "Seats were all apart from each other. Even with early check in the seat selection options were limited. I had to basically beg at the counter to at least seat me and my young daughter together."
Cons: "My food was kind of dried up like it had been over microwaved. We were very swished in our seats. Two middle in row of 4. :("
Pros: "We were delayed coming out of LA. Arriving in Manila, we were in the tarmac for 30-40 minutes The crew has a habit of yelling out to passengers for them to remain seated instead of approaching them to ask them to remain seated ...AS OTHER AIRLINES DO. Very off putting and shocking."
Cons: "The crew can be nicer, more gracious. Hospitality is their trade. I observed that they have a habit of calling out in aloud voice to passengers to remain seated bothered us. It is embarrassing and comical to watch. Other airlines do not do that. The crew must go and talk to them politely."
Pros: "Being able to check bags and get boarding pass at Taipei Main station prior to boarding MRT (similar to Hong Kong) is a very useful convenience. EVA staff there were extremely pleasant and helpful."

All passengers must sit on the plane for 3 hours before we went out of the plane, at that time the flight attendants and crew leave without an explanation, We didnt know what happnened!!!!! And during 16 hrs delay in Sanfransico Airport, we didnt have hotel for rest, we really tired without sleep. I dont know how to explain my thinking about chine airline attitiude, really upset with their way about problem solving. I just can say that i will never flight with china airline again in the future..."

Once we boarded after like - 10 delays and a gate change, there were NUMEROUS whole-flight mixups with luggage - so many similar flight numbers traveling to same destination and whole flights awaiting their luggage. Our party of four had our luggage spread through THREE different planes. WTH? No customer service at DTW once we arrived and there were so many livid people. Absolutely awful. We were supposed to arrive at 5PM and it's now 3:11AM. My son just completed filing a luggage claim loss. And we are off to drive home to Grand Rapids two hours away. Nightmare."
Pros: "This flight was cancelled; I don't have any remarkably positive comments about it."
Cons: "This flight was delayed for several hours after we had already boarded (due to maintenance, I think), then was unexpectedly cancelled. Air Canada staff did not communicate with us clearly about the cancellation. We asked several staff members for help and some of them simply walked away; seemed like staff did not know what was going on. We over 90 minutes for in-person assistance, only to be directed to a telephone to re-book our flight. We missed an entire day of our trip to Japan. I'm very disappointed in my experience flying Air Canada."
Pros: "This was the absolute worst experience of my life. Out flight from Calgary to LAX was on the complete other side of the airport than our connector to San Diego. After a delay we had a short amount of time to get to the next flight. We literally were told to just cross the parking lot. Well... that ended up being a 25 minute run across the airport to only have to go thru security again. After navigating construction and parking structures we got to our gate 10 minutes late and would not be let on the flight. There was zero communication, sympathy or help from the United Airlines staff. We were told it was not their problem because we came in through Air Canada- BUT we booked through United! All in all it was an absolute nightmare that ended in us renting a car at 12am and driving back to San Diego with zero compensation from United Airlines"

Cons: "My headphone jack didn't work so it was hard to use the entertainment system as I had to hold the headphones in the right position for the entire flight - not a huge deal of course just inconvenient. My flight was also delayed and I could not make my connection..I understand delays happen but I don't understand why there was such little time between my first flight and my connection...seems silly. Luckily I was put on the next flight which I am very appreciative of."

Cons: "Flight from Calgary to Denver delayed three and half hours. Informed of this delay thirty minutes before scheduled departure when our plane hadn’t even left Denver yet to head to Calgary. ( 2.5 hr flight) once finally made it to Denver was informed that we missed connecting flight to Boston. We were then informed since it’s for “weather” reasons earlier in the day that caused a sequence of delays they couldn’t accommodate us for hotel. We were given two “blankets” which were as thin as a sheet and each one bottle of water. Some other people around us received good voucherS. We did not. We walked around the airport for close to an hour looking for anyplace we could lay down and sleep. None were to be found. We tried to sleep on the floor but was so cold and uncomfortable I literally got sick to my stomach. Another fun thing added to mix. We were placed on another flight as 6 the next morning. After no sleeping at all we boarded our next flight Which was not a direct flight to Boston but would be from Denver to Newark then Newark to Boston. We were suppose to originally land in Boston at 0600 Monday. Instead we arrived at 1430 after getting zero sleep. My husband and I were also unable to sit together which was extra special for people around me because after not sleeping I continued to be sick to my stomach."
