Cons: "Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again."

Cons: "First leg of our trip on British air on a smaller plane with lots of comfort and room. Our 2nd and long leg was on a larger and newer plane. Leg room and room for the tray table was so tight and uncomfortable for a long Flight. Paid extra for end seating and using British air for transfers through Heathrow as an American Air partner. Will try to avoid the extra cost in the future."

But a clue where to go would have been nice. Missed my connection. Shuttle and hotel was a mess. Got a few hours of sleep outside the airport. Maybe I’ll get to Los Angeles soon."

Pros: "We enjoyed the entertainment, the food, (dinner, snacks, ice cream, juice and wine) the service and the crew. After our flight from Madrid to London we were expecting the worse as that flight was dismal. We were pleasantly surprised that this flight was on a clean plane with great amenities."
Cons: "Boarding was a bit sloppy and of course traveling to the US adds an extra layer of crazy to everything with their added security."
Cons: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Cons: "It’s the old 2-4-2 row setup. Nobody likes being in one of the two middle seats. We booked through AA which meant we couldn’t check-in online on ba.com. We got what was left."

Cons: "I travel on Jet Aircraft every week, I'm also a part time pilot and work on aircraft ACMs (the bit that controls pressurization, heating and cooling). When the APU was switched on, the cabin was contaminated with gases from the engine bleed air and/or the APU. IT STANK. On the ground at JFK it happened again, one expects the slight ingestion of exhaust gases, but not in the air and not to this extent. BA is a good airline, I believe this was a maintenance oversight."

Cons: "Could not get a cup of coffee. I can't believe you charge for a cup of plain black coffee. To add insult to injury, my credit cards (plural) were declined and cash was not accepted. I have not had any problem with my cards anywhere else on this trip, so the problem was not mine."

And we were left to starve the whole night, while food was served for all around us. The really shocking thing is none of the crew had the courtesy to offer some snacks or bread. These especially when we were seated in business class!"

I haven't seen anything like that since the 1990s! There was no USP or outlet to charge phones or ipads so i couldn't even use my entertainment. Passengers should be informed in advance or given a significant discount. Very disappointed."

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to poor weather at Heathrow, nothing can be done about that, but it meant that we did not take off until after 22:00. Drinks were served almost immediately but it was close to 23:30 before a meal was served and 00:30 before this was cleared away. Lights were then dimmed but at 05:00 breakfast was served. A cottage cheese bagel was the last thing I wanted to see and when we asked for some water, we were told that there was none available. We landed at 06:25 but then had to sit on the tarmac for 15-20 minutes as there were no vacant gates for us. (This had the effect of increasing the parking fee for the driver waiting to pick us up, as he was not aware that we were sitting on the tarmac). Please note all times are New Orleans times. Hence actual time of landing was 12:25 BST. And talking of New Orleans, I would not class this as an International Airport. It is dilapidated, inefficient and lacking facilities."
Cons: "It was horrible I had an hour window in London and I missed my flight because of that I had to go another airport to cache a fligh to Kiev Well now I don't have a ticket to fly back because they cancelled my ticket so needless to say it was the worst experience ever"

Cons: "The plane takeoff time was delayed by almost two hours. When we got to Oakland, waiting for the luggage took an exceptionally long time. Don't understand why we couldn't sit in the waiting room until a "certain time" before getting on the plane, we had to wait outside in a hall with no seats. The room was not being used by anyone else."
Cons: "Crew was not helpful at the end of the flight when we had a very short turnaround time due to delay and my girlfriend had to run to catch the other flight and she has recently had hip surgery. The crew was asked 3 times for help and their response was "you will be fine". We were not fine also the security crew at Heathrow was incredibly slow and there were 3 standing around talking and one very slow very rude lady going through bags which caused us also to be delayed and have to run to catch connecting flight to SF just barely made it - totally unacceptable."

Pros: "I had heard that BA had the best service, configurations and staff in Europe. There wasn't much I liked on this flight. Didn't like concept on business class seats. The crew was cavalier about service. Small item, I was poured a glass of red wine and it was handed to me with spillage on the stem that dripped all over tray and me. No thought to wipe bottom before handing it to me. Everything about them was a lack of attention and asking for assistance was a bother. Food so so. Not impressed. They sold me a legal connection but my bag missed it. Landing disorganized. Busses to terminal took to long given we were 10 minutes late."

The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."

Then, Iberia check-in had to send me to last minute clerk or I would have missed my flight. Last minute check-in ended up being the same place and same clerk I began with."

One flight attendant rolled her eyes when asked for something, another snacked her lips. They really don't seem like they like their jobs or their customers. If that's the case, move on."

Food helpings were much too small for a long flight. Controls very poor."
