Number of gate changes involving walking the whole length of the airport was frustrating.

Fine. The plane took off and landed. Food was as expected. Less than comfortable flight.

Flight attendants should learn something about customer service. About how to deal with people Very disappointed This only happens only in Air Canada

Long fight… The staff is very friendly and the meal provided was nice.

The scheduled flight was to leave at 11:15pm from Vancouver Airport. We waited 90 minuets in the plane for take-off . They announces an Electrical fault with the aircraft, Air Canada announced the Flight was Cancelled at 12:30am. and we were taken off the plane. We had to wait to collect all our luggage, after that we had to stand in line (for2 and half hours) to be processed back into Canada, (with security checks etc) We stood in ques from 12:30am until 3 am and was only offered 250 ml of water. When we got in front of the que, we were told there is no Hotel accommodation for us. We were handed a new boarding card for a flight at 10:45 am ( we had to report at 7 am) We were told to find somewhere to sleep on the airport floor! It was cold as a blanket was not offered! The time was 3:30 am now and the cleaners had no respect and was driving around with the noisy vacuum cleaners! Trying to sleep under the bright lights and on the hard floor it was very uncomfortable as our (over 60's ) bodies was in pain from the hard floor. At 7 am we were processed again though all the airport security checks, scans etc. The flight to Brisbane took off at 11am ( 12 HOURS LATER ) !! We had to report at 7am to book in with Air Canada again, for a new flight at 10.45am to Brisbane.

I couldn’t upgrade into a different ticket class and was unaware I was booking basic economy. Baggage was an extra $125 and seat selection another $150. Cramped seating and terrible food. Plus no coffee in the morning.

Overall, great experience. Check-in and boarding procedure was smooth and orderly, check-in staff were very pleasant and there were no issues with the expected additional payment for check-in baggage (we knew about it beforehand because it was somewhat clearly listed at purchase time). Improvements: unfortunately with drip pricing becoming a more and more common corporate practice, at every step of the process there should be a clear indicator of anything that should cost money in addition to the price of the ticket and is commonly accepted as part of travel (i.e.--check-in baggage and/or food service on a 6 hour+ flight). This price transparency helps customers make informed decision and not feel like they are being ripped off, especially for something like a flight where you cannot easily change plans at the last second. Also, flight attendants seated in the back of the aircraft (rearmost row, 36, I think on that flight from Vancouver to Honolulu) didn't seem to have a dedicated area and were rather chatty with each other the entire flight. Not really a big deal, but I hadn't seen (or heard) that previously, and the flight was fairly quiet overall, except for a crying child or two.

Poor ! Couldn’t cancel months ahead because no credit or refund was permitted !! But they still kept contacting us about check in for all flights in spite of our canceling this trip months ago . So disappointed on all fronts with this airline!!

I could not check in on my AC app. You have a glitch in the system for multi dual passports. When entering Canada from NY I have to use my CDN passport. When I go back home from TO to USA I I have to use my US passport. Your check in system for my return flight would not let me enter my US passport and was not flexible. Demanded a resident number or another alien number That could not change to my US passport number. This did not happen before. Annoying had to check in with an agent. Please fix

First lag from Toronto to Vancouver. Cold as hell and there is no blanket to provide. Terrible crew and bad attitude

A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. We were assigned seating in the back despite having paid for seats at the front of the plane - it does not appear Lufthansa will refund these. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.

Very good! Only negative was having to purchase water on a 2 hour flight! Felt even soda should have been free!

The flight was super bag and on top of that my luggage got delayed and i didn’t get them until now

Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.

There were kids on the plane playing games on phones with audio on. Also one misbehaved kid kept running up and down the aisle and there was no action by the crew or the mom. This negatively affected my otherwise good flight experience a lot.

The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa customer service have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and our family stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.

Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good

The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.
