I have travelled many times on Turkish, but they always board at least 30-40 minutes past the stated time. If informed properly, passengers can choose to spend more time in the .lounge instead of standing around by the gate waiting to board. The new lounge at DFW was a big disappointment. The aircraft itself was a shock. In the past I have flown this sector with regular business class seating configuration of 1-2-1, The 2-3-2 seating is very disappointing after paying such high prices for tickets. The DFW to Istanbul segment was slightly better, but the Istanbul to Delhi segment was no better than premium economy. I will try to travel more on airlines which give business class passengers more value for their money.

Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.

Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

I am elderly and needed wheelchair assist. The ground crew assisting me with that part of my journey was rude, disrespectful and very hungry for money; the begging was distasteful and disrespect for females and the elderly was atrocious. Maybe they need to get a raise...I was out of small bills by time I reached home. As an american I am not use to the impoliteness. The ground crew make your wonderful airline appears poor in performance...a lot to be desired.

This is not business class. This is premium economy. Total scam to sell this as business class

Boarded via bus instead of the air bridge Had to wait 10mins in the bus at the tarmac before we were allow to go up

I really enjoyed the food, only bad part on one of my flights my screen was a bit buggy but it wasn't a big deal it was one of their older planes so I understand that happens

THE CONFORT OF THE SEATS AND THE WIDTH & PITCH OF THE SEATS ARE WAY MORE IMP. THAN FOOD THAT TK IS FOCUSING ON... WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN EVEN IF THE PRICE OF BUSINESS CLASS SEAT IS SAME AS ECONOMY CLASS..... JAL/ QATAR/ EMIRATES HAS WAYYYY MORE COMFY SEATS

The entertainment center of my seat wasn’t working. I asked the crew many times to restart it and they that will be done by the next crew that take control of the flight in São Paulo. Bad attitude during the whole flight

With a 4 hour delay its was a very basic flight which was just bearable. We were offered food vouchers for the delay and then they didnt work, so that was annoying. Also poor communication about the delay which got pushed out 3 times.
