I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.

Again, delays. That route from VIE to RMO gets regular delay all the time.

They lost our luggage and there has been no news for 5 days. I called their office and they said they can’t help us, we don’t do anything about it.

My flight was changed, you over charged me for a change fee and seats that I did not get, I was out on standby with Austrian airlines. You stile $600 from me.

There was not enough sparkling water and beer during the flight. Coffee was not hot

Very nice and comfy flight , and sharp on the time

One hour delay to board. The plane is tiny and 100 years old. Many passengers have been asked to check in their carry-on bags. This is although the bags were within weight and volume limits. The plane is just too small so they are essentially overbooking carry-ons. No entertainment whatsoever. No overhead TV and of course no personal screens. Food, if you can call a lukewarm toast "food", was edible at best. Craw was very nice, polite, and welcoming. They are not at fault that the airline is XXXing on their clients.

The plane was clean, seats were spacious and the crew was very friendly and very helpful. The food serve was as per the request.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Lost my suitcase. And communication was poor. No offers of compensation for over 24 hour delay of bag

Terrible seats are very uncomfortable and narrow. Really hard time eating and painful buttons.. crew was very rud not allow anyone to stand not even to go to the toilets

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

My flight was delayed in Calgary and I missed my connecting flight to Cincinnati. I was rebooked on a flight the following day. I did not receive a food or lodging voucher.

I didn't actually get to take this flight. It was canceled and the automated system rerouted my party of four (including a minor and a person in a wheelchair) to three different airports. Since we had a three hour drive from Newark this was clearly unacceptable. For all of us to end up in Newark would have required waiting at least one day, probably longer.

Constant delays worked out in our favor but definitely extended our travel day

Flight was excellent in all aspects, - comfort , food, drinks, service, entertainment. Inspite of the computer glitch, the flight was on schedule and flawlessly. Thank you, air Canada.

We missed our Toronto connection. Air Canada rebooked us for the next day. We had purchased premium seats but our rebooked flight was nearly full and we did not sit together. Seats were way in the back of the plane. Air Canada did provide us with a hotel stay. Agent upon deplaning told us luggage would be sent through to our final destination. Customer service person told us our luggage would be at the carousel. It never showed up, so we lost an hour waiting for it, already well past my bedtime by now. My husband has limited mobility. Baggage agent advised us the luggage did, indeed, get placed somewhere for our next day flight and provided us with an overnight kit (shaving kit, oral hygiene kit, sleep shirt, etc.) and it was very much appreciated and needed. Husband has mobility issues and we found that wheelchair assistance is not provided during layover stops, which made it difficult (and slow) for us to get from gate to customer service to baggage claim to hotel shuttle. We were given food vouchers but were too exhausted to use them before going to hotel. For the most part, all agents we dealt with were respectful and pleasant, although only a few were as warm, friendly and helpful as most of the Canadians we had interacted with during our visit.

We paid $110 for more leg room. My traveling companion’s knees were right up against the seat in front. Where was more leg room. We feel ripped off. Food,,,there wasn’t any not even a bag of pretzels. As a result, there was very little service.

The entreteiner was really old,no food for 6 hours fly

The crew and the flight was excellent. Captain kept us informed about weather and possibly of turbulence and I appreciated that! The only thing is they didn’t have tv monitors. Other than that, everything was great.

One of the flight attendants was very attentive to a couple traveling with a child under 1 one year old.

Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

Leg room is good, food is average, crew is not friendly

Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.

Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.

The flight was delayed, missed my connecting flight. Also missing one bag and no one can help me. The bag arrived the day after and the airport can't locate the bag.

Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.

I was not seated with my husband despite paying to choose seats. My luggage was not put on the plane so didn't get it for 3 days.

The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there. This review applies to only the Frankfurt to Dallas leg.

The flight was more than an hour late. We got locked inside the gate area with no information whatsoever, no way to get out to get some food. Lufthansa was, again, really disappointing

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
