The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

My flight from London to Washington was rescheduled without notification which clashed with my Abuja to London flight. At the end of the day thy had canceled my Washington flight. This resulted in stopping at New York to board a local flight American Airline but I have. Been at New York airport for the past 12 hrs . I am not yet home because of flight disappointment

Got away on time, comfortable flight. Landed into thick fog at Zurich with no concerns.

Excellent plane (B787), comfortable seats in Premium Economy. Seat back TV screen didn't work properly so that was a bit of a bummer. Food was good, service was efficient. Overall good experience.

Chaotic boarding at JNB, last minute gate change with no announcements.

The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.
