Awesome as always. I wish though the cabin for premium was upgraded.... Same old sane old :(

People were so nice! Economy seats were small and cramped feeling for me. I’m slender and 6 feet tall

The singapore airline now compared before covid, I like the service before covid. SQ was the best of all airlines but now I am going to look for different airline if I am travelling in asia.

They are great with every aspect of customer service. Helped my elderly father and aided him with using the restroom.

Even though it was a very full flight, the service was still excellent, the plane did not feel too cramped and cabin crew made a sincere effort to help passengers find overhead space for stowing luggage.

I did not like anything. Flight experience was bad overall.

The overall operation needs to be improved. The in-flight services took forever and sometimes ran out of options.

Check in was snails pace, only 1 of the luggage screen was working so long lines, an hour to check in Nobody seemed to want to fix the issue Flight was 45 minutes late Scoot is a mini sized plane ( sardine class plane), literally felt slammed between people

We were able to check in 48 hours before departure. The boarding was a breeze. The business' seat is very large with large tv screen. The lunch and dinner were excellent with selection of wines and other drinks. The seat was converted to a totally flat bed for sleeping which was very comfortable as well. We will definitely fly with Singapore Airline again in the future.

The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."

Cons: "Staff was not helpful and kind of rude unless you spoke their language. Food options were terrible and not very comfortable seat for 13+ hr flight."
Pros: "The food was good. It was nice that they supply wet hot towels before each meal. The seat was comfortable with the price I paid for. The rest room is nice and clean and quite spacious. The L’occitane toiletery bag was nice."
Cons: "It would be nice to supply mouthwash in the rest room. It would be nice to have a foot step at the bottom to open the trash container. The comforter is not washed and smells."
Cons: "Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"
