The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.
No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?

Flight delayed missed connecting flight crew not very helpful very frustrating customer service
Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.
The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet
Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.

Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
It was a very small plane and was ok. No food or entertainment so there should be an option for NA.

Flight was great. Meal was really good. Boarding was terrible. Too many people in a small boarding lounge, zones not clearly marked.
Flight was delayed 3 times. My luggage was sent to Saskatoon instead of Casablanca - airline got it sorted out in two days. Received $45 in meal vouchers to use in the airport.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
I found check in difficult because I could only pull up one passenger. I got help.
The flight was cancelled, which led me to cancel my entire trip
