There should be a visible sign of Air Canada, because I walked all around and I didn't notice where was the desk, I was in a rush for the time because it was very difficult for me to find the D gate.

Older interior meant less luggage storage space. Service was good. I was in business class. I receive better service from other carriers

Delays after delays only to announce we don't know how long it will take

Check-in was a nightmare. Wouldn’t let us board with our dog even though he has flown on anir Canada before. Only one of us could go. Will never fly them again.

As mentioned previously the professionalism and speed of the Air crew was amazing… Sarah in particular was a joy to observe and interact with, she made my flight!

Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.

Flight was delayed going and coming from my destination for over 5 hours. All I was given was a $15 meal voucher that wasn’t even able to cover my lunch or dinner.

Air Canada first class was a very good experience, it was my first time flying first class . A friend of mine that was with me in the flight paid for my tickets otherwise I would not , if I could afford I would fly first class ! 💪💪💪 I flew many times in air Canada economy class and is also good , I travel to Argentina couple of times a year . Thank you !
